The “terms and conditions of delivery” apply in conjunction with the “general packing regulations” and the
“conditions of purchasing”.

The postal delivery address indicated on our orders or subcontracted work orders shall be adhered to precisely.
The supplier shall be invoiced for any follow-up costs arising from non compliance, which will become part of
the supplier assessment.
3.
Opening time for incoming goods
Goods may be delivered to our plants mentioned above Monday to Friday from:
7:30 – 12:00 o’clock and from 12:45 – 15:30 o’clock.
4.
Shipping documents
Each shipment must be accompanied by a delivery note in duplicate which shall be attached at a clearly visible
place or handed to us prior to unloading. The delivery note must contain the following data:

Packaging
All packaging shall be designed to ensure sufficient protection of the goods against damage in transit. In this
respect the directions and instructions contained in the “general packing regulations” shall be followed.
Each individual package must carry a tag or label at a clearly visible place, providing information about the
contents. The following must always be indicated:

MAGURA shall not take over any costs for the return of packaging. Any shipments not conforming to the “general
packing regulations” of MAGURA shall be sent back. Should this not be possible for reasons of timing, MAGURA
shall handle the repacking.
The supplier shall be invoiced for any costs arising therefrom. After prior consultation, the supplier may also
repack the goods for MAGURA on the MAGURA premises free of charge.
MAGURA distinguishes between the following means of transport:
a) Means of transport changing hands (pool pallets):
• pool flat pallets (FP) 800 x 1200 x 144 mm EUR DIN 15 146/47, capacity 1000 kg,
• mesh box pool pallets (GP) 835 x 1240 x 970 mm EUR DIN 15155/56, capacity 1000 kg.
Inventories of pool pallets shall always be accounted for directly with the carrier or collecting party. The DB
(Deutsche Bahn = German Railways) provisions regarding pool pallets shall apply.
b) MAGURA-owned means of transport (transport and special containers):
Inventory is kept via our own loading equipment account.
c) Disposable Package:
MAGURA reserves the right to return disposable packages at the supplier’s expense insofar as they shall not
meet the specifications of our “general packing regulations”.

Quality at delivery
We only accept means of transport and packaging that is in flawless condition. In case of verifiable damage
MAGURA reserves the right to refuse acceptance or charge a fixed sum in the amount of the replacement value.
7.
Weight at delivery
The specified capacity shall not be exceeded under any circumstances:
Pool flat pallets
(FP) = max. 1000 kg
Mesh box pool pallets (GP) = max. 1000 kg
Consignments exceeding a weight of 50 kg must be delivered on stackable pool flat pallets or in stackable mesh
box pallets.
Individual packages within the means of transport may not exceed a max. weight of 15 kg.
