A sua reconstrução e reabilitação implicará a mobilização de
recursos que falam por si: € 60 milhões de investimento, 44
mil metros cúbicos de escavação, 2.000 toneladas de ferro,
7 quilómetros de ancoragens e micro-estacas, 15 mil metros
cúbicos de betão...
Estes números traduzem a importância desta obra de
arquitectura e engenharia, que devolverá à cidade um
património único onde vale a pena investir.”
“The combination of its architecture and its historical importance,
set Sottomayor Residências as an Heritage Building, registered in
the city council.
The refurbishments will imply a very representative number of
resources – an investment of € 60M , a digging of 44,000 cubic
meters of excavation , 2.000 tons of steel, 7 km of anchoring works
and micro piles, 15,000 cubic meters of concrete.
