Hardness Range: 65 -75 IRHD
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Malta material reference 2662 is an Ethylene-Propylene (EPDM) based
compound designed to give excellent service in brake fluid application including A.B.S. systems.
2662 should not be used in contact with mineral based oils, lubricants or hydrocarbon fluids.

Z1 = Retraction @ low temperature (ASTM D1329) -40°C
Z2 = Aging in Brake fluid DOT 4, 70 hrs @ 125°C volume change +2 to +10%
Compound Key Properties include:
- Compatibility to glycol type of brake fluids.
- Positive swell in Brake fluid.
- Low compression set and good heat resistance.
- Good resistance to ozone and weathering.
- Good low temperature flexibility.
- Resistance to hot water and steam.
- Projected service temperature range of -50 to +140°C which is dependant upon
medium to be sealed and conditions of service.

- A.B.S. Brake Systems.
