Change in ownership of USG Deutschland GmbH with subsidiaries
Dear customer,
With effect from 01.01.2013 Knauf International GmbH has acquired the company of
USG Deutschland GmbH as well as its subsidiaries. With this, all European business fields of
USG move over the Knauf group.
This includes the production and sale of DONN® ceiling grids as well as SHEETROCK®
surface finishing compounds in Europe, the CIS and Turkey.
The comprehensive range of grid and accessories by DONN® completes very well the Knauf
AMF ceiling systems offer. By combining the AMF and DONN® brands we are broadening
the product range and strengthening our position as manufacturer of complete ceiling
systems.
Equally, the range of SHEETROCK® surface finishing compounds presents an excellent
extension of the Knauf product range.
As a result of this USG Deutschland GmbH now trades as:
