Umstellung von Sommer- auf Winterzeit am 28.10.2007
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
am Sonntag, dem 28.10.2007 erfolgt von 03:00 Uhr auf 02:00 Uhr die Umstellung von
Sommer- auf Winterzeit. Für den Stromhandel am Freitag, 26.10.2006, sowie den Gashandel am Donnerstag, 25.10.2007, und am Freitag, 26.10.2007, sind deshalb bitte folgende Besonderheiten zu beachten:
Stundenauktion für Strom für Lieferung am 28.10.2007:
Die Gebote für die Stunde 3 sind in gewohnter Weise zu erstellen und zu versenden, d.h.
der Wert der Stunde 3 ist nicht zu verdoppeln. Dies gilt auch für Faxgebote.
Bitte berücksichtigen Sie bei der Angabe von Preislimiten für Blockgebote, welche die
Stunde 3 enthalten, dass diese Stunde doppelt gewichtet wird.
Alle Trading Windows (Hourly Bid Entry, Block Bid Entry und Results) enthalten wie üblich
24 Stunden. Summen- und Durchschnittswerte über mehrere Stunden, die das Volumen
bzw. den Preis der Stunde 3 enthalten, berücksichtigen die Duplikation der Stunde 3 und
damit die doppelte Gewichtung dieser Stunde. Somit erfolgt z.B. die Ermittlung des Phelix
Base durch die Bildung der Summe aus den 25 Stundenpreisen (Preis der Stunde 3 wird
doppelt berücksichtigt) und die anschließende Division dieser Summe durch 25. Andere
betroffene Blockpreise werden analog ermittelt. Eine Ausnahme stellen die Summenwerte
in der letzten Zeile des Hourly Bid Entry Window dar. Hier erfolgt für die verschiedenen
Preisspalten keine Duplikation eines in Stunde 3 angegebenen Volumens, da diese Summenwerte in erster Linie als Kontrollmöglichkeit für manuell eingegebene Stundengebote
dienen.
In den Trade Confirmations für die betroffenen Instrumente werden sowohl Market Value
(MktVal) als auch Settlement Amount (StlAmt) verdoppelt. Abhängig von der Regelzone
betrifft dies die Trade Confirmations für folgende Instrumente:

Kontinuierlicher Blockhandel:
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Baseload-Block in der Lieferung Sonntag (Instrument S7BA)
ein Kontraktvolumen von 25 MWh und der Baseload Weekend (Instrument S6BW) ein
Kontraktvolumen von 49 MWh aufweist.
Intraday-Stromhandel:
Im Intraday-Stromhandelssystem existiert für die Stunde 3 ein zusätzlicher Kontrakt. Die
Kontrakte werden dabei wie folgt dargestellt:

Schedule End Date ändert sich von 22:00 Uhr auf 23:00 Uhr.
Gashandel:
Bitte beachten Sie, dass an den beiden Handelstagen Donnerstag, 25.10.2007 und Freitag, 26.10.2007 die Instrumente für Lieferung Samstag sowie Wochenende ein entsprechend geändertes Kontraktvolumen aufweisen. Dies betrifft die folgenden Instrumente:

Transition from daylight-saving time to normal time on 28 October 2007
Dear trading participants,
On Sunday 28 October the time will be set back one hour from 3 to 2 am due to the transition from daylight-saving time to normal time. Please note following special procedures for
trading power on Friday 26 October and for trading natural gas on Thursday 25 October
and on Friday 26 October:
Hourly Auction for power for delivery on 28.10.2007:
The creation and submission of bids for hour 3 follow the usual rules, i.e. the value of hour
3 must not be doubled. The same applies for bids sent by fax. Please keep in mind that
values for hour 3 are weighted double when quoting prices for block bids containing hour
3.
All trading windows (Hourly Bid Entry, Block Bid Entry and Results) as usual contain 24
hours. Sums and average values including several hours that contain the volume resp. the
price for hour 3, are calculated considering the duplication of hour 3 and therefore hour 3
is weighted double. Thus, e.g. the Phelix Base will be determined by adding up the sums
of all 25 hourly prices (price of hour 3 is included twice) and dividing that sum by 25. All
other block prices concerned will be determined according to this example. Please note
that the sums in the last row of the Hourly Bid Entry Window form an exception to this
general rule. The volume for hour 3 will not be doubled in the price columns for these
sums.
In the Trade Confirmations for the affected instruments the Market Value (MktVal) and Settlement Amount (StlAmt) will be doubled. Depending on the TSO area, this concerns the
Trade Confirmations of the following instruments:

Continuous Block trading:
Please note that the contract volume for the Baseload block (instrument S7BA) has a contract volume of 25 MWh for delivery on Sunday. The contract volume of the Baseload
Weekend (instrument S6BW) is 49 MWh.
Intraday Power Trading:
An additional contract for hour 3 will be available in the Intraday Power Trading System.
