Mr. NAKAJIMA Takashi (Hauptkläger/ Chief-Plaintiff against TEPCO and the
Government, Nariwai Trial, Fukushima): “Return Nariwai! Return our native country!”
NAKAJIMA Takashi, der Hauptkläger des größten Gerichtsverfahrens gegen TEPCO und
den japanischen Staat. Er lebte in der Stadt Soma in der Präfektur Fukushima, ca. 40 km
nördlich der Tepco-AKWs. Seit 30 Jahren hatte er einen kleinen Supermarkt betrieben mit
Schwerpunkt auf den Verkauf von Fischen. Als er merkte, dass die Kompensationsangebote
von Staat und Atomfirma ungerecht waren, engagierte er sich in diesem Gerichtsverfahren.
Hr. Nakajima wird begleitet von zwei weiteren Klägern, Frau ABE Kazue und Herr
HATTORI Hiroyuki. Sie berichten über die Schäden der Atomkatastrophe in der Präfektur
Fukushima 2011, das Leiden der Opfer, die radioaktive Kontaminierung des Landes, den
Verlust von Haus und Einkommen, das Leben in vorläufigen Lagern, sowie die laufenden
Gerichtsverfahren, bei denen es u.a. um Kompensation für die enormen und langfristigen
Schäden geht. Es handelt sich um die größte Klage dieser Art in Japan. Sie begann mit 800
Klägern und wird jetzt von ca. 4.000 unterstützt.
自己紹介 私は「生業を返せ、地域をかえせ！」福島原発訴訟の原告団長、中島 孝 と申します。福島第一原発から海岸線に沿
って 40 キロほど北の福島県相馬市で、30 年前から、魚を中心としたミニスーパーを経営しております。原発事故による営業損
害請求が困難に直面したことから、原発とその救済に関わる不条理に気が付き、原告となりました。国と東京電力を被告とし
て、原発事故を引き起こした法的責任を明らかにし、原状回復と被害救済を求める裁判を行っています。現在約 4000 名の原告
からなる、原発事故被害者が起こした裁判としては全国で最大のものとなっています。

Seit 2011 Student der Intl. Fakultät der Meiji Universität, Tokyo. Freiwilliger Helfer im
Katastrophengebiet von Fukushima. (Doku Film „Ikiru 312“) 2012 Rucksackreise durch
Kanada, Deutschland, Irland, England und andere Länder. Seit 2013 politisches Engagement,
seit 2015 Mitbegründer von SEALDs (20 Unis beteiligt). Große Demonstrationen (bis zu
120.000!) vor Parlament gegen Premier ABE Sintaros „Sicherheits“-Politik, den § 9 der
„Friedensverfassung“ abzuschaffen. 15. Sept. 2015: Okuda wurde eingeladen, eine Rede vor
dem Parlament zu halten (aber Abe setzte sich durch!) Morddrohungen gegen ihn, illegale
Durchsuchungen seiner Wohnung durch Polizei für öffentliche Sicherheit (Koan). Seine
Aktivitäten ermutigt junge Menschen, sich wieder für Politik zu interessieren und zu
engagieren.
Dr. Mary Lou Harley
Title: Toward Reducing Nuclear Risks
A scientist and educator, Dr. Mary Lou Harley has served on United Church of Canada
writing groups addressing nuclear issues since 1993. She has been a representative on nuclear
issues for the United Church at national hearings, in dialogues and submissions to the
Canadian Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO), and at the International
Conference on the East Japan Disaster, Sendai, 2014. She is the principal researcher and
writer for the United Church resource on nuclear issues (leader’s guide and three
workshops). She was a member of the statement drafting group for World Council of
Churches “Statement towards a Nuclear-free World.”

Pasquale Policastro - Professional profile e-mail: [email protected]; Studies and training. Pasquale Policastro has been
graduating in Law at the Catholic University of Milan (1986), obtained the PhD in Law at the Catholic University of Lublin (1994), and the
habil. in Law at the same University (2002). Former and Present Academic Directing positions. He has been chairing the Department of
European Union Law at the same university from 2002-2007. From 2003, professor at the Catholic University of Lublin, from 2005
professor at Szczecin University, where he is presently acting as coordinator of the European Master in “Law and Policies of European
integration: European Constitutional Law and Multilevel Constitutionalism”. Research experience. The scientific research of Pasquale
Policastro has been concentrating on the legal aspects of economic interdependence among the nations, and their effects for what concerns
the position of the individuals (1986), on the interpretation of the constitutional principles, and first of all equality, both formal and
substantive, mainly in the perspective of the constitutional jurisdiction (1994). Later research has been related to the elements concerning the
relationship between the different European freedoms, and the internationalization of the enterprises in Europe (1995-1996). Further on, the
research of Pasquale Policastro concentrated on the constitutionalism and its paradigms, with the development of studies on the fundamental
constitutional principles and the development of a public political sphere, especially taking into account the relationship between freedoms
and social rights, that is the formal and substantive approach to equality (1997-1998-1999-2000-2001). These studied culminated in a
monograph on Fundamental rights and constitutional transitions, with special reference to the Polish example, in a historical and comparative
perspective and within the process of European transition (2002). Later on, he concentrated on the three dimensions of equality, equality in
front of law, substantive equality and equality as non discrimination, and developing studies on multilevel constitutionalism (2003-20042005-2006-2007). In particular, the issue between equality between citizens ann non citizens, see f.e. A New Garment for an Old Question:

anderer Art analysiert. 1990-2013 Mitarbeiter des Energiereferates der Stadt Frankfurt a.M., 1992-2013 dessen
Leiter. 2005 Gründung mit Caritasverband Frankfurt eine Ausbildung für Arbeitslose Stromspar-Checker
(seither bundesweite Ausweitung). 2013 erhielt er den Umweltpreis von Frankfurt. Seit 2004 Sprecher des
Arbeitskreises Energie im Wissenschaftlichen Beirat des BUND, Mitglied der BUND Atom- und
Strahlenkommission. Mitglied des Vorstandes des Vereins „Leben nach Tscherbnobyl e.V.“ (unterstützt
Nadeshda Kinderzentrum in Belarus. Planung für „Wetterau 100% erneuerbare Energie“.
