I 4.1 Fortgeschrittene Methoden des Qualitätsmanagements (FQM) (Advanced Methods Of Quality Management) Learning objectives: Students are familiarised with progressive methods of quality management and their applications in industrial companies and service organisations. On this basis they are able to systematically improve the quality management system of a business and develop it on to the point of excellence.
