Häufig: – Erbrechen/Übelkeit N2O alleine 1.9 % – Schwindel/Halluzinationen 0.8 % in Kombination 3% 0.5 % 35`828 Anwendungen mit serious effects n=9 d.h. 3/10`000 consciousness disorders (n = 1); headache (n = 1); vomiting (n = 2); bradycardia (n = 1); vertigo (n = 1); night mares (n = 1); sweating (n = 1); somnolence (n = 1). Nebenwirkungen von Lachgas als Analgetikum! Sättigung fiel nie unter 92 % 18 „serious events“ nicht in Zusammenhang mit dem Nitrous oxide Falsches Handling des Equipments! Mein Fazit –Livopan® als Analgetikum ist bei korrekter Anwendung auf einer Notfallstation sowohl für die Kinder als auch für das anwendende Personal sehr sicher und effektiv für ausgewählte Indikationen. –Es ist ein exzellentes Schmerzmittel und Anxiolytikum für kurze, schmerzhafte Eingriffe –Es spart Ressourcen, insbesondere Zeit + Es wird extrem geschätzt von den Kindern und deren Eltern!
