Ein Langlauf-Volkslauf in klassischer Technik. Ein neuer
Top Event im Januar. Ein Rennen für professionelle Athleten
als auch für Volksläufer. Eine Veranstaltung mit internationaler Ausstrahlung. Und das alles im Engadin.
An open classic cross-country ski event. A new top event
in January. A race for professional athletes as well as
amateurs. An event with international importance. All in the
Engadin.
Dieser Traum wurde schnell Wirklichkeit als LA DIAGONELA als Ersatz für ein Rennen in Tschechien im Januar
2014 in weniger als 10 Tagen auf die Beine gestellt wurde.
Der Traum geht nun in die zweite Runde. Am Samstag, 17.
Januar 2015 bringt LA DIAGONELA internationale Gäste und
Langlauf-Action ins Engadin. Die 65 Km lange Strecke bietet
alles was das Langlaufherz begehrt und wird dem Anspruch
des Topathleten wie auch des Breitensportlers gerecht. Ein
unvergessliches Wintersporterlebnis in einer natürlichen
und unvergleichbaren Umgebung ist garantiert.
This dream was quickly realized in fewer than 10 days in
January 2014 as LA DIAGONELA; a substitute for a race in
the Czech Republic. Now the dream goes into round two.
On Saturday, 17 January 2015, LA DIAGONELA will bring
international guests and cross-country action to the Engadin.
The 65-km-long course offers all that a cross-country lover’s
heart desires, and will meet the needs of top-athletes as well
as general sport enthusiasts. An unforgettable winter experience in the natural and unparalleled scenery is guaranteed.

This event’s little sister is called LA PACHIFICA and offers
the perfect induction into the world of classic cross-country
skiing.

STARTBLÖCKE
Die Einteilung in die Startblöcke erfolgt auf Selbsteinschätzung der Teilnehmer.
Folgende Startblöcke stehen zur Verfügung:
• ambitioniert (in den Top 25 % rangiert)
• sehr gut trainiert (in den Top 50 % rangiert)
• athletisch mit Potenzial (in den Top 75 % rangiert)
• hat einfach Spass am Langlaufen
Über Startplätze in der Elite entscheidet die Rennleitung.
STARTPROZEDERE
Zuerst startet die Elite, anschliessend die Volksläufer. Die Volksläufer werden am Start in die verschiedenen Startblöcke eingeteilt.
BESENWAGEN
Es wird ein Besenwagen eingesetzt. Die Marschtabelle kann
beim Sekretariat angefordert werden.
ZIELSCHLUSS
Zielschluss ist um 17.15 Uhr.
SANITÄT
Sanitätsposten befinden sich an der Strecke.
EFFEKTEN
Jeder Teilnehmer erhält einen Effektensack. Dieser kann
durch den Teilnehmer am Start abgegeben werden. Die
Effektensäcke werden vom Startgelände der La Diagonela
und der La Pachifica in das Effektendepot im Lyceum
Alpinum Zuoz transportiert.
GARDEROBE
Im Startgelände Zuoz werden geheizte Räume zur Verfügung gestellt.
DUSCHEN
Die geheizten Duschräume befinden sich in der Turnhalle
des Lyceum Alpinum in Zuoz.
SKIDEPOT
Nach dem Rennen können die Teilnehmer ihre Skis auf dem
Dorplatz in Zuoz deponieren.

Included in the entry fee:
• Sustenance at 6 Enervit stations along the course (La Pachifica, 2 stations)
• Participation in the pasta party at the La Diagonela party following the race
• Public transport in the Upper-Engadin (Maloja-Zernez) on the day of the race
• Transport of personal effects from the course start to the course finish.
• Certificate of participation for finishers
• SMS service for all participants
• Test skis from the event’s ski sponsors
STARTING BLOCKS
Classification in the starting blocks will proceed according to self-assessment of participants.
The following starting blocks are available:
• Ambitious (ranking in the Top 25%)
• Very fit (ranking in the top 50%)
• Athletic with potential (ranking in the top 75%)
• Recreational cross-country skier
The race organisers will delegate starting places in the elite categories.
START PROCEDURE The elite categories start first, followed by the recreational participants. The recreational participants will be divided into starting blocks.
SAG WAGON
A sag wagon will be in service. The schedule can be requested from the event secretary.
FINISH CLOSURE
The finish line closes at 17.15.
FIRST-AID
First-aid stations are located along the course.
PERSONAL EFFECTS
Each participant receives a bag
for their personal effects. This can
be deposited with race volunteers
at the start. Bags with personal
effects will be transported from the
starting areas of La Diagonela and
La Pachifica and can be retrieved
at the personal effects depot located in the Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz.

zu kommen. Sie haben die Möglichkeit Ihr Material in den
Sportgeschäften in der Region präparieren zu lassen.

kindly asked to prepare your equipment before arriving. You
