We only use the best Cashmere from Todd&Duncan (Scotland) – the same
company that supplies various famous designers like Hermès, Jil Sander,
Dior, Gucci and others.
Due to its isothermal characteristics, cashmere is the ideal material for babies
– during the summer, it keeps your baby comfortably warm – during the winter,
it protects your baby from the freezing cold.

Dispatch and costs
Dispatch within Switzerland is 7 days for items on stock and 14 - 21 days for custom-made items.
Delivery charges amount to CHF 10 for standard packaging and CHF 20 for gift wrappings.
Dispatch to foreign countries is 7 - 15 days for items on stock and 21 - 36 days for custom-made items.
Delivery charges amount 13 E for standard packaging and 17 E for gift wrappings.
Payment
Within Switzerland, the order/items will be accompanied by invoice which is to be settled within 10 days of
receipt of goods.
At present, we ask you to kindly take note that all shipments abroad will need to be paid for in advance. The

Care maintenance instruction
Cashmere should be washed by hand with lukewarm water using wool detergents.
When washing instructions are closely followed, our high-quality cashmere items can be washed in the washing-machine using the wool-wash programme at 30°C max, using only wool detergents and spin-drying at
800 max. Caution: no usage of ecological detergents and no tumble dry!
To dry rinse thoroughly and gently, wring out excess water using a hand towel. Lay on a clean cloth to dry,
taking care of avoiding direct sunlight.

1. Geltungsbereich
1.1
Für die Geschäftsbeziehung zwischen Cathérine B (www.catherineb.ch) und Besteller gelten ausschließlich die

Cathérine B behält sich vor, eine in Qualität und Preis gleichwertige Ware wie die angebotene zu liefern. Weiter
behält sich Cathérine B vor, die angebotene Ware im Fall der Nichtverfügbarkeit nicht zu erbringen.
3. Bestellungen

Alle Bestellungen sind grundsätzlich verbindlich. Bei Lieferhindernissen wird der Kunde schnellstmöglich via Email informiert. Dieser hat dann die Möglichkeit, seine Bestellung zu widerrufen.

Zur Vermeidung von Schein- und Scherzgeschäften behalten wir uns vor, Bestellungen nicht
anzunehmen, bzw. von Verträgen ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückzutreten.
3.3.
Wird vermutet, dass eine Bestellung zu missbräuchlichen Zwecken erfolgt (z.B. Schein-/ Scherzgeschäfte u.ä.),
behalten wir uns vor, nähere Informationen zur Bestellung einzuholen bzw. bei offensichtlichem Missbrauch
vom Vertrag ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückzutreten.

Preisänderungen behalten wir uns vor. Es gelten jeweils die aktuellsten Preise, die online zum Zeitpunkt der
Bestellung im Internet verfügbar sind. Druckfehler und Irrtümer in der Preisstellung bleiben vorbehalten.
4. Versand / Lieferung
4.1.Versand
Ihre Bestellung wird umgehend nach Bestellungseingang bearbeitet und zum Versand gebracht.
Sollte die Ware nicht lieferbar sein, wird der Kunde umgehend informiert.
4.2. Versand Schweiz
Die Versanddauer beträgt innerhalb der Schweiz ca. 7 Tage, bei personalisierten Produkten
zwischen 14 und 21 Tagen.
4.3. Versand Ausland
Ins Ausland werden nur Produkte mit Vorabüberweisung versendet. Die Bestellungsbearbeitung erfolgt deshalb
erst unmittelbar nach Zahlungseingang. Die Versanddauer ins Ausland beträgt zwischen 7 und 15 Tagen, bei
personalisierten Produkten zwischen 21 und 36 Tagen.
4.4. Versandkosten
Die Versandkosten innerhalb der Schweiz betragen für normale Bestellungen CHF 10.- und für Geschenkverpackungen CHF 20.-

Bestellung eine separate Lieferadresse an. In der Warenlieferung ist dann keine Rechnung mehr enthalten; bei
Lieferungen in die Schweiz und ins Ausland wird die Rechnung separat E-Mail zugestellt.

Sämtliche Katalogpreise sind verbindliche Richtpreise in Schweizer Franken, die laufend dem Markt angepasst
werden. Transport- und Verpackungskosten werden ebenfalls in CHF gesondert berechnet.
