Neben des 1p19q- oder des MGMT-Status spielt insbesondere die Bestimmung einer IDH-Mutation eine wichtige Rolle in der klinischen Routine. IDH-mutierte Gliome sind in der Mehrzahl der Fälle WHO Grad II oder Grad III Gliome (Yan et al., 2009). Daneben weisen aber auch ca. 12% der Glioblastome (WHO Grad IV) eine IDH-Mutation auf. Nach erfolgter Resektion des Tumors wurde durch unsere Neuropathologie das Vorhandensein einer IDH Mutation mithilfe eines R132H Antikörpers vorgenommen. Übereinstimmung zwischen der pathologisch bestätigten IDH-Mutation und dem Funding: 2HG-Peak in BMBF: unserem2009-2013 MRS Spektrum. Allerdings muss angemerkt werden, dass die Datenqualität stark durch Bewegungsartefakte beeinflusst wird, daher planen wir künftig Study: einen separaten 2HG-Scan.
