Do you believe in love
Zum Mädchen, das in ihrer Kammer näht,
ist plötzlich süß ein Flötenton geweht
Durchs Fenster fällt ein Schatten auf ihr Knie
von dem Orangenbaum
und streichelt sie
Ist es des Liebsten Hand?
Und dünkt ihr nicht,
daß er ihr bald Orangenblüten flicht?
