Aufgaben
Relevant Experience Required:
1)
4 - 8 Years of experience in process planning activities (logistics is desirable).
2)
Experience in logistics planning for both Greenfield and brownfield projects
3)
Experience in Throughput analysis, Material Flow Analysis, 3D Modelling & Detailing using CAD
tools and Discreet Event Simulation.
4)
Familiar with Kanban concepts, packaging concepts, etc.,
5)
Automotive OEM work experience is desirable especially in the area of Powertrain
6)
Any relevant tools like tecnomatix plant simulation experience is must
7)
Creation of a new algorithm for specific requirements
8)
Knowledge of logistics friendly design requirements is desirable.
Skill Requirements: Any planning / material flow analysis / network flow analysis software (tecnomatix
plant simulation), programming languages (C, C++, VB, etc)
Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse planning:
Reduction of inventory (for example, from 6 days to 3 days)
Optimizing Flow of material (side/ rear discharge, …)
Bottleneck identification and counter measures
Carry out benchmarking study and choose the relevant software and processes
