Ünsere wasserfeste Leinwand „Tizian“ ist entwickelt worden,
um den gehobensten Ansprüchen im Bereich der Reproduktion von Kunstgemalden Genuge zu leisten.
Die bedruckbare Seite ist mit einer weißen, bruchsicheren
Beschichtung versehen. Durch eine neue Beschichtungstechnik wird ein Abbrockeln der Leinwand selbst bei extremen
Falten der Leinwand an den Ecken der Keilrahmen vermieden.
Der Eindruck einer echten Kunstler-Leinwand wird durch das
Webmuster noch verstarkt.
Diese aus Baumwolle gewebte Leinwand uberzeugt ohne
Zweifel in Preis und in Qualitat auch Kunstliebhaber…
Das Medium wurde für wasserbasierende Inkjet-Drucker
entwickelt (Epson Stylus Pro, Canon oder HP), aber auch auf
Eco-Solvent und Solvent-Druckern lassen sich hervorragende
Ergebnisse erzielen.
Our waterproof printable Canvas “Tizian” is woven from natural cotton and designed for the reproduction of Oil-Paintings.
After printing, this material can be easily fixed to stretcher
frames.
A breaking of colours after folding, which can be noticed with
other printable canvas, is prevented through a new and innovativecoating method.
The printable side is white and the weaving pattern enhance the
original artist-canvas look. We are confident that this canvas is
suited to satisfy the most critical Art Lover.
Again we are proud to introduce a high quality product, which
stands up if compared with other more expensive high-end
products.
This media has been developed for waterbased Ink-Jet printers
like Epson Stylus pro, Canon or HP but you can achieve great

Unsere Keilrahmen werden auf der Ruckseite fest verklammert, sie lassen sich also nicht nachspannen wie herkommliche Keilrahmen. Dieses Nachpannen ist aber bei modernen
Leinwanden (wie „Tizain“ und „Giotto“) nicht notwendig.
Auch nach Jahren sind die Bilder fest gespannt.

Our stretcher bar frames have been joined together on the back
side. Unlike classical stretcher bars, these frames cannot be
stretched afterwards using wooden wedges. However, “afterstretching” is not necessary when using modern printable canvas like “Tizian” or “Giotto”. Even after years of hanging the
canvas remains tight.

Ünser Synthetisches Papier wird aus Polypropylen (PP) hergestellt und lasst sich mit allen wasserbasierenden InkjetGroßformatdruckern bedrucken (wie z.B. Epson Stylus Pro,
Canon, HP). Dieses herausragende Druckmedium ist schnelltrocknend, reißfest und hat einen großen Farbraum.
Ünser Synthetisches Papier ist das geeignete Medium fur die
anspruchsvolle Reproduktion von Fotographien und Kunstdrucken und ist unverzichtbar fur Verklebungen hinter AcrylGlas.
In der Werbetechnik wird dieses Produkt fur Banner und PopÜp-Displays verwendet.
Our Synthetic Paper is made of Polypropylene (PP) and is
printable with all water-based Large Format Printers (like Epson Stylus Pro, Canon or HP). This great medium is brilliant
white, matte. It dries very fast and has a high breaking strength.
The colour range is quite large for such a product of this kind.
Our Synthetic Paper is perfectly suited for demanding reproductions of photographs and art prints and absolutely necessary for
Facemounting behind Acrylic Glass.
It is also used for banners and Pop-Up-Displays in the field of

KKD is our standard double sided cold mounting film. This outstanding product has a highly cohesive acrylic adhesive for permanent mounting of prints, photos etc. on smooth surfaces like
foam boards, aluminium sheets etc.
Anwendung: Dauerhaftes Aufziehen von Drucken und Fotos
auf glatte Materialien wie Graupappe, Leichtschaumplatten,
Kunststoff etc. im Innen- und auch im Außeneinsatz.
It is ph-neutral and shows a good resistance against ageing,
water and solvents.

Diese doppelseitig klebende Folie ist mit einer permanenten
und einer ablosbaren Klebeseite ausgerustet. Beide Kleber
sind aus einem losemittelfreien Polyacrylat.
This Cold Mounting Film is coated on one side with a permanent
and on the other side with a removable adhesive. Both adhesives
are solvent-free acrylic glues.
Die KDK haftet auf allen glatten Oberflachen und hat eine gute
Planlage. Die ablosbare Seite lasst sich von fast allen Materialien ruckstandsfrei entfernen.
Our KDK gives best results on any flat substrate. The removable
side allows a trace free and clean removal of the mounted media
from almost all surfaces.

Aufziehfolie für raue Untergründe - Mounting Film for rough surfaces
KKDV double sided cold mounting film is ideal for the manual
mounting of photos and prints.
The “Tissue-Like” adhesive carrier allows this film to be used on
both smooth and more rougher surfaces like MDF , wood, etc. It
is solvent free and ph neutral with very strong adhesive properties and shows a good resistance against ageing, water and
solvents.

Ünser „Diakleber“ ist speziell fur die Verklebung von Fotos
oder Digitaldrucken gegen Acrylglas entwickelt worden.
Die Folie ist ultra-transparent und hauchdunn und auf beiden
Seiten mit einem 36µm PET Release Papier geschutzt.
Sie ist ph-neutral und daher alterungsbestandig.
Fur beste Resultate verwenden Sie bitte ein absolut glattes
Papier. Ünser Synthetisches Papier PPM / PPG wurde extra
fur diesen Zweck entwickelt.
This Optical Clear Mounting Film has been developed especially
for face-mounting photos and digital prints behind acrylic
glas.
It is a highly transparent and extremely thin film which is protected on both sides with a 36µm PET Release Liner.
This out-standing product is ph-neutral and age-resistant.
For best results you will need a very smooth paper, our Synthetic paper PPM/PPG was designed especially for this purpose.

Aluminium Aufhängesystem - Aluminium Hanging System
Die Losung, um Platten „unsichtbar“ aufzuhangen:
Aluminiumleisten werden hinter die Platte geklebt - das Bild
hangt freischwebend vor der Wand.
Bei kleineren Bildern verwenden Sie eine Leiste oben und unten, bei schwereren Bildern empfiehlt es sich, mit Hilfe unseres
Rahmenmontagesystems einen ganzen Rahmen aufzukleben.
Wichtig: Die Leisten und die Platte mu ssen vor dem Aufkleben
grundlich mit Aceton oder usneren Reinigungstuchern gereinigt werden. Das Klebeband muss auf der Leiste gut angedruckt werden, danach auch die Leiste gut auf die Platte gedruckt werden, z.B. mithilfe unseres Handrollers. Der Verbund
sollte 24 Stunden beschwert liegen, bevor es verschickt bzw.
aufgehangt wird.

The solution for hanging pictures “invisible”:
Aluminium profiles are attached to the back of the picture giving the impression that the picture is floating on the wall.
You can use single lengths at the top and bottom for smaller
pictures, however, for heavier pictures we recommend making a complete frame using our assembly angles.
Important: The Profiles and the Backing Board have to be
cleaned carefully with Aceton or our Cleaning Sachets before
sticking them together. The Mounting Tape has to be pressed
on carefully to the bar and also the bar to the sheet. You can
use our handroller for this. The completed board should be
left laying flat with some weight for 24 hours before sending
to your customer or hanging it.

Die Bleche sind mit einem starken Kleber beschichtet und mit
einem Abdeckpapier versehen. Sie mussen das Blech nur einfach aufkleben.
The plates are coated with a strong adhesive, which is protected with a release paper. You only have to attach the plate to
the backing board.
Die Abstandhalter werden unten montiert, damit das Bild nicht
schrag an der Wand hangt.
The small distance plates are attached at the bottom of the
picture for straight hanging.
Die Platte sollte vor dem Aufkleben grundlich mit Aceton oder
unseren Reinigungstuchern gereinigt werden. Das Aufhangeblech gut andrucken und vor Montage oder Versand mindestens 24 Stunden beschwert liegenlassen!
The Backing Board should be cleaned carefully with Aceton or

mit dem Standard Easy Clip gut gehalten.

residue on the surface of films.
Thanks to the special rounded corners and edges they will
not leave scratches on the material, even with highly sensitive
media and transparent films like KOC, these clips hold the rolls
in place without leaving pressure points.
For full rolls of laminating films we recommend using the Easy
Clip XL, for mounting tissues and print media that have a 2”
inner core the standard Easy Clip is perfectly suitable.

Schneidematten - Cutting Mats
Schneidematten sind die Grundlage fur prazises und professionelles Arbeiten.
Die Matten sind selbstheilend, d.h. normale Schnitte beschadigen die Matte nicht. Das Schneidemesser wird gerade gefuhrt und die besondere Oberflache der Matte stumpft das
Messer nicht so schnell ab wie andere Ünterlagen. Die Oberflache der Matte ist leicht aufgeraut, so dass aufliegende Medien
nicht so leicht verrutschen.
Schließlich helfen die aufgedruckten Zentimeter-Linien,
Schnitte gerade und prazise auszufuhren. Bei den großen Matten ab 100x150cm sind zudem 45° und 60° Linien aufgedruckt.
The Cutting Mats are the base for precise and professional work.
The mats are self-healing, i.e. normal cutting does not damage
the mat. The mat allows traceless cutting and the knife is kept
sharp due to the special surface of the mat. The anti-slip surface
of the mat gives a good grip to the media.
In addition the printed grid-lines help to cut straight and precise. The large mats (from 100x150cm) also show 45° and 60°
lines.
The mats are made up of 5 layers of PVC , “Vulkanized “ in an
oven instead of just being glued together. This gives the mats its
high quality, even when in constant use and its extreme durability.
Die Matten bestehen aus 5 Lagen, die in einem Ofen
„vulkanisiert“ statt nur zusammengeklebt werden.
Sie sind daher von hoher Qualität und auch im standigen
Einsatz außerst langlebig.

Dank der extra scharfen Titan-Klinge und des teflonbeschichteten Gleitfußes kann man den Safeguard Slicer „normal“ benutzen oder nur das Abdeckpapier unter der Folie schneiden. Die Folie selbst bleibt unbeschadigt!
Man kann z.B. mit zwei Schnitten einen Streifen aus dem Abdeckpapier schneiden, das Bild leicht anheften und nach beiden Seiten ankleben.
Mit der 90cm langen Halterung konnen auch breite Bilder
ganz leicht geschnitten werden. Außerdem kann die Klinge
auch zum Schieben umgebaut werden.
Mit den optionalen Magneten kann der Safeguard Slicer an
unserem Laminator geparkt werden und ist immer direkt
greifbar.

The blade is made from Premium SK-120 steel with multi-step
sharpening. It is razor-sharp (Be Careful !) and not at all comparable with prducts from a DIY Store.
The cutting angle is 30° instead of the usual 60°, which leads to
a more precise cut.

This machine is designed for mounting and protecting pictures with Double-Sided Tapes and Laminating Films.
It is equipped with an automatic release-liner rewinding
mechanism and has one additional axis for laminating a full
roll of media or for application of Double-Sided Tapes parallel
to the lamination process.
The operation can be controlled with a foot pedal or by a
hand operation. The model 650W and 800W are equipped

The new Laminator Victor is now offering great innovations.
For the first time there is an affordable production machine,
which incorporates the need of digital printers.
With this machine it is possible to laminate full rolls of printed
media in one go. The full roll of printed media is loaded to an
extra shaft in the front of the laminator. After lamination the
prints are picked up and wound onto an additional shaft on
the back of the machine. You achieve a clean, fast and safe
production.
The design is modern and well thought-through. All functions
are centralized on a very easy understandable control panel.

The rollcutter Tesis-R is equal in function to the Tesis. In addition you can rewuind rolls to another core.
Dies ist hilfreich zum Anfertigen von Kurzrollen oder zum
Andern des Rollendurchmessers.
This is very helpful for the production of short rolls or to rewind to a different core diameter.
Die Tesis kann leider nicht nachtraglich zu einer Tesis-R
umgerustet werden.
Unfortunately you cannot change a Tesis to a Tesis-R later.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen der Firma Zenith Art System
Folgend abgedruckte Lieferungs- und Zahlungs-bedingungen
gelten fur alle Rechtsgeschafte, welche Katalogsangebote und
alle anderen Lieferangebote betreffen. Andere Vereinbarungen oder Erganzungen gelten nur, wenn sie von uns schriftlich
bestatigt wurden.
1. Preise
Sofern sich aus einem Angebot nichts anderes ergibt, verstehen sich alle Preise „ab Werk“ rein netto zzgl. der gesetzlichen
Mehrwertsteuer. Verpackungs- und Frachtkosten sind in den
Katalogpreisen nicht enthalten. Preisanderungen sind vorbehalten.
2. Versandkosten
Fracht- und Verpackungskosten werden in Hohe der Selbstkosten berechnet.
3. Mindermengenzuschlag
Wir erheben keinen Mindermengenzuschlag.
4. Lieferbedingungen
Liefertermine werden in der Regel eingehalten, leider ist aber
auch eine Nichteinhaltung nicht immer auszuschließen. Teillieferungen sind moglich. Bei Nichteinhaltung der Liefertermine ist die Zenith Art System GmbH nicht zu Schadensersatz
verpflichtend.

Im Falle eines Insolvenzverfahrens uber das Vermogen des Kaufers gilt als vereinbart, dass der Zenith Art System GmbH hinsichtlich unverarbeiteter oder verarbeiteter Vorbehaltsware bzw. sicherungshalber abgetretener Forderungen die Rechte auf Absonderung (§§47-51 InsO) zusteht.
8. Verpackungsverordnung und Gefahrenubergang
Nach Übergabe der Ware an den Versandbeauftragten (z.B.
Spedition) geht die Gefahr auf den Besteller uber. Ünfrei an
uns versandtes Verpackungsmaterial wird zuruckgewiesen.
9. Gewahrleistung
Erkennbare Mangel mussen innerhalb von 8 Tagen nach
Erhalt uns schriftlich mitgeteilt werden. Transportschaden
mussen immer vom ausliefernden Spediteur auf dem Frachtbrief bescheinigt werden. Nur dann konnen sie von uns berucksichtigt werden. Nach Gefahrenubergang betragt die
Gewahrleistungsfrist 12 Monate. Diese Verjahrungsfrist gilt
auch fur Anspruche auf Ersatz von Folgeschaden.
Der Besteller hat bei der Gewahrleistungsfrist die Vorgaben
des §§ 377,378 HGB zu beachten. Mangel durch unsachgemaße Verwendung oder Bedienung werden von uns nicht
berucksichtigt.
10.Gerichtsstand / Erfullungsort
Als Gerichtsstand wird ausschließlich Bonn vereinbart.
5. Zahlungsbedingungen
Bei Erstbestellung erfolgt die Lieferung im Regelfall gegen
Vorkasse. Folgebestellungen sind innerhalb von 30 Tagen
ohne Abzug zahlbar. Andere Zahlungsbedingungen sind nur
mit schriftlicher Vereinbarung gultig.
6. Vorzugszinsen & Mahngebuhren
Bei Zahlungsverzogerungen werden Verzugszinsen in Hohe
von 1% pro Monat des Falligkeitsdatums berechnet, zuzuglich
einer Mahngebuhr von 2,50 € pro offener Rechnung.
7. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Bis zum Eingang aller Zahlungen aus der Geschaftsverbindung
mit dem Besteller, behalten wir uns das Recht auf Eigentum an
unserer gelieferten Ware vor. Wir sind berechtigt im Falle
eines Zahlungsverzuges die Herausgabe der Vorbehaltsware
durchzusetzen. In der Zurucknahme der Kaufsache liegt kein
Ruck- tritt aus dem Vertrag. Forderungen aus Weiterverkaufen der Vorbehaltsware gegenuber Dritten gehen mit dem
Vertragsabschluß an die Zenith Art System GmbH uber. Bei
Vermischung, Be- oder Verarbeitung der Vorbehaltsware mit
fremden Produkten erwirbt die Zenith Art System GmbH
Der Erfullungsort ist fur beide Parteien der Geschaftssitz der
Zenith Art System GmbH in Bonn.
Geltendgemacht werden kann nur das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Alle technischen Angaben uber Produkte beziehen sich auf
praktische Erfahrungen. Sie unterliegen Toleranzen und
Einflussen bei der Verarbeitung verschiedener Materialien.
Folien bestehen aus unterschiedlichen Komponenten verschiedener Hersteller. Da wir nicht in der Lage sind, eigene
Labortests durchzufuhren, sind wir auf die Angaben unserer
Lieferanten bezuglich technischer Daten angewiesen. Im
Zweifelsfall empfehlen wir vor jeder neuen Anwendung einen Test durchzufuhren. Eine rechtlich verbindliche Zusage
von bestimmten Eigenschaften kann aus unseren Angaben
daher nicht abgeleitet werden.
Anderungen in den Angaben des Kataloges bleiben vorbehalten.
