Kapselformate
Capsule Formats
alphacaps fertigt standardmäßig bereits viele verschiedene Kapselformate.
Selbstverständlich sind auch spezielle
Formate auch mit Druck nach Ihren
Erfordernissen realisierbar. Möglich ist
(fast) alles!
Bei kleinen Dosierungen oder Rohstoffen,
die sich nicht tablettieren lassen oder
nicht schmecken, greift man zu Hartgelatinekapseln oder - wenn es rein vegetarisch sein soll - zu Zellulosekapseln, die
aus pflanzlicher Stärke bestehen.
Standardmäßig befüllt alphacaps Kapseln
der Größen 0, 00 und 000. Andere Formate liefern wir gern auf Anfrage. Die meisten Produkte werden in transparenten
oder weißen Kapseln abgefüllt. Je nach
Einsatzzweck sind aber auch (fast) alle
anderen Farbkombinationen möglich.
Soll auf Zutaten tierischen Ursprungs
komplett verzichtet werden, können Sie
auf Kapselhüllen in den Größen 0 und 00
aus Zellulose zurückgreifen.
Flüssige Inhaltsstoffe wie z. B. Omega-3-Fettsäuren werden in Weichgelatine-kapseln unterschiedlicher
Formatgrößen abgefüllt.

alphacaps produces many different capsule sizes by default. Special sizes can
also be realized even with imprinting
according to your needs of course. (Almost) everything is possible!
In small doses, or commodities that can
not be tableted or taste bad, hard gelatin capsules are used, or - if it has to be
purely vegetarian - capsules consisting
of vegetable starch.
By default, alphacaps filles capsules of
size 0, 00 and 000. Other formats will
provide on request. Most products will
be filled in transparent or white caps.

Should be completely dispensed with
ingredients of animal origin, you have

different format sizes.

Tablette. Mit hervorragenden Aromen
oder mit einem Prickeleffekt versehen,
wird eine Lutsch- oder Kautablette zum
Geschmackserlebnis!
Tablettenformate
Tablet Formats
Unsere Tablettierautomaten können
Formate bis 25 mm Durchmesser aufnehmen. Grundsätzlich ist fast jede Tablettenform denkbar, auch mit Ihrem Logo.
alphacaps verfügt über eine Reihe bewährter Formatsätze, bei denen Ihnen
keine Werkzeug-Vorkosten entstehen.
Rundtabletten sind besonders geeignet
zum Lutschen oder Kauen.
Oblongtabletten werden besonders oft
in Sportlernahrung (z. B. Aminosäurentabletten) verwendet, da einerseits das
Volumen hoch ist, andererseits die Tablette aber trotzdem aufgrund ihrer länglichen Form gut geschluckt werden kann.
Alle Tabletten können auf Wunsch auch
mit Überzügen (Coating) versehen werden, die sie besser rutschen läßt.

A popular formulation for sucking, chewing or swallowing is the tablet. Equipped
with excellent flavor or with a tingling
effect, a sucking or chewable tablet will
be a taste experience!
Our tableting machines accept sizes up to
25 mm in diameter. In principle, almost any
tablet shape is possible with your logo.
Any tablet format is conceivable and
you can even add your company logo.
We offer the following standard formats
with no further tooling costs.
Round tablets are particularly suitable
for sucking or chewing.
Oblong tablets will be used very often
in sports nutrition (for example, amino
acid tablets), since on the one hand, the
volume is high, but on the other hand,
the tablet can will be swallowed still
good because of their elongated shape.
All tablets can will be provided upon
request with coatings that makes them
slide better.

alphacaps fertigt für Sie in computergesteuerten Edelstahl-Schneckenmischern
aus ausgewählten Rohstoffen Pulvermischungen wie z.B. Instantgetränke für
die Sportnahrungsmittelindustrie oder
Nahrungsergänzungen nach §14a DiätV
und natürlich auch Premixes für die Kapsel- und Tablettenproduktion.
Durch das Schnecken-Mischverfahren
wird eine homogene Durchmischung der
Rohstoffe gewährleistet. Bei Bedarf können auch Flüssige Zusätze (wie z.B. Öle)
in die Mischung eingebracht werden.
Die Kapazität der Mischer
beträgt 1200 l sowie 500 l.

mixers with selected raw materials such
as powder mixtures Instant sports drinks
for the food industry or food supplements
according to §14a DiätV and of course
premixes for the capsule and tablet
production.
Due to the screw-mixing process, a homogeneous mixture of raw materials is
guaranteed. When needed, liquid additives (such as oils) are applied into the
mixture.
The capacity of our mixers are 1200 l
and 500 l.
