He is concerned, not only with the individual object, the treatment of natural material or the placement of a work, but in the inal analysis with relections concerning the current ”state of being” of nature, which can be seen in no other way than in its relationship to humanity.“ Dr. Beate Reifenscheid - Ludwig Museum Koblenz Untiteled / Basalt / Hight 270 cm / 2012 Basaltstele / Höhe ca 270 cm / 2011 Innererer Drache / Basalt / 133x72x47 cm / 2007 Innerer Drache / Basalt / 133x72x47 cm / 2007 OT / Basalt / Höhe 215 cm cm / 2009 / Privatbesitz Untiteled / Basalt / Hight 167 cm / 2014 / Private Collection Hidden Dragon / Granite Boulder / Hight 190 cm / 2003 / Kyongnam Art Museum, South-Korea Basalt / 34x15x14 cm / 2013 Hidden Dragon / Basalt / 210x120x80 cm / 2007 no title - natural basalt stone - „opened“ with a grinder - 38 x 17 x 17 cm - 2015 no title - natural basalt stone - „opened“ with a grinder - 39 x 9 x 11 cm - 2015 no title - natural basalt stone - „opened“ with a grinder - 9 x 27 x 18 cm - 2015 Basalt / Length 73 cm / 2000 Frutta di Pietra / Basalt / 16x15x28 cm / 2013 / Private Collection Basalt / 21x20x70 cm / 2014 OT / Basalt / L 70 cm / 1999 Basalt / Hight 56 cm / 2013 / Private Collection 4 Rhizome / Mural reliefs / Basalt / 2013 Rhizome / Mural relief / Indian Basalt / 16,5x22,5x3 cm / 2013 Rhizome / Mural relief / Indian Basalt / 23x23x3 cm / 2013 5 Untiteled / Basalt / Hight 250 cm / 2013 / Private Collection / Germany Untiteled / Basalt / 20x50x235 cm / 2014-16 / Private Collection / South of France Untiteled / Basalt / Hight 235 cm / 2015 / Private Collection / Wuppertal - Germany Japanese Komatsu Stone / Hight 90 cm / 2002 / Private Collection / Japan Indian Madonna / Basalt / Hight 215 cm / 2004 / Private Collection / Zürich - Switzerland Untiteled / Basalt/ /Höhe 37x45x170 Basaltstele ca 270 cm cm // 2012 2013 Basalt / Length 220 cm / 2003 Untiteled / Basalt / 41x16x180 cm / 2014 6 Sculpture in Front of the Parliamant Building of Rheinland-Pfalz / Basalt / Hight 300 cm / 2003 / Mainz (Germany) Untiteled / Basalt / One Cut / 56x60x15 cm / 1999 7 Untiteled / Two Japanese Basalt Stones - White Colour / Length 240 cm / 2002 / German Cultural Centre Tokyo Verschiebung / Sand Stone, Hight 6m, Eifel (Germany) / 2003 Richtungswechsel / Basalt / Hight 4m / Trier (Germany) / 2008 Warten auf / Two conical formed columns of Sand Stone, Length 6m / One Hill, Hight 2 m / National Fire Brigade School - Koblenz (Germany) 2005 Entwurfsmodell für einen Grundschulhof - Sandstein, grün-blauer Gußasphalt 8 Sirius / Steel, polished Inox / Hight 10 m / Roundabout on the former US-Airbase Bitburg (Germany) / 2012 9 „Holy Lava Circle 2 - for J&G“ 19 Piece of volcanic lava / Diameter 93 cm / 2015 / Private Collection - South of France The irst loating lava circle I made in the year 2009 in my studio in Bitburg. International Herald Tribune / Asahi Shimbun Now through March 3, OAG Haus Tokyo (German Cultural Centre) introduces a series of works by German sculptor Hettinger. His artistic path was determined by his irst encounter with stone, speciically basalt. The artist is concerned with two themes in his works: the relationship beween the completed sculpture and the original material and the reciprocal play between the object and its surroundings. The show features Hettinger`s masterful monuments which involves the viewer in relections concerning nature and space. 11 Studio on the former US-Airbase Bitburg (Germany) Albert Hettinger Several exhibitions and participation at sculpture symposiums since 1997, thereby: 2015 2014 2012 2009 2007 2004 2003 2002 2000 1999 1998 De la Ligne au Point - Fondation Pierre et Poppy Salinger - Le Thor (France) To the Point - Raum 2810 - Bonn (Germany) Edition Rhizome bei Youngcollectors - Swisttal-Miel (Germany) „Herausbefördern“ Einzelausstellung in den Werkshallen der Firma Geppert Band GmbH - Jülich (Germany) “The other side” Haus Beda - Bitburg (Germany) gkg Bonn Stadtmuseum Kaiserslautern Ube Sculpture Biennale (Japan) Snow Sculpture Symposium in Winnipeg (Canada) Kyongnam International Sculpture Symposium, (South-Korea) Solo Show in «Schloß Waldthausen» (Germany) International Sculpture Symposium in Bitburg (Germany) Solo Show in the German Cultural Center - Tokyo (Japan) Solo Show Kunstverein Trier Toyamura International Sculpture Biennale (Japan) International Sculpture Symposium in Oberbillig (Germany) Chinese-German Artist Symposium in Weidingen (Germany) Realized public sculptures: 2012 2011 2010 2009 2008 2007 2006 2003 2002 2001 2000 1999 1996 1994 1989 2012 Sculpture for “Haus Beda” Bitburg Sculpture for Airport Bitburg Sculpture Park - Schönecken Renewal of the front court of Public Bank in Bitburg Sculpture for city of Queidersbach Outdoor sculpture for Petrisberg in Trier (Germany) Sculpture for Icheon City (South-Korea) Sculpture for Prefecture Administration of Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm 1.Prize: Sculpture for the National Fire Brigade School in Koblenz Sculpture for the Parliament Building of Rheinland-Pfalz (Germany) Sculpture for Kyongnam Art Museum (South-Korea) Sculpture for a bicycle way between Germany and Luxemburg 1.Prize: Fountain Sculpture for the University of Mainz (Germany) 1.Prize: Fountain Sculpture for the Public Swimming Pool in Thalfang (Germany) 1.Prize: Sculpture for the New Juvenile Detention Centre in Wittlich Sculpture at the Mosel River in Oberbillig Installation for the General von Seidel Barracks in Trier 1.Price: Fountain for the Public Swimming Pool in Bitburg Memorial for the victims of the Nazi Regime in Bitburg Curator of the international sculpture exhibition „The other side“ Haus Beda in Bitburg.
