Mietbedingungen
Rental Conditions
1.Alle Preise verstehen sich zzgl. der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer und sind inklusive Transportkosten und Übertöpfe.
1.All prices are quoted without statutory VAT but do include
transport costs and cachepots.
2.Wir sagen eine termingerechte Lieferung der Ware zu, ohne
dass der Auftraggeber hieraus rechtliche Ansprüche ableiten
kann.
Bestellungen sollten daher möglichst frühzeitig vor Beginn
einer Veranstaltung erfolgen, ggf. sind entsprechende Terminabsprachen durch den Auftraggeber zu vereinbaren.
2.We agree to deliver the goods punctually, but preclude that the
customer can derive any legal claims from this promise.
Orders should therefore be placed as early as possible before
the event begins, and if necessary, the customer should
arrange for a special delivery date agreement.
3.Sonderwünsche können nur berücksichtigt werden, wenn sie
bis spätestens 14 Tage vor Messebeginn bekannt gegeben
werden.
4.Die Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH ist berechtigt,
die Berechnung der Leistungen auch im Voraus vorzunehmen.
Rechnungen sind sofort nach Erhalt zur Zahlung fällig.
5.Mietpflanzen werden nur für den vereinbarten Zweck und die
vereinbarte Zeit zur Verfügung gestellt.
6.Mit der Bereitstellung der Mietpflanzen haftet der Auftraggeber
bis zur Rückgabe dafür, dass die Mietware in einem ordnungsgemäßen Zustand erhalten wird. Er verpflichtet sich für eine
sachgerechte Pflege der überlassenen Pflanzen während der
Mietdauer. Die Mietpflanzen werden innerhalb von 3 Stunden
nach Veranstaltungsende abgeholt.
7.Nicht zurückgegebene Mietware wird zum Wiederbeschaffungswert in Rechnung gestellt. Desgleichen müssen Beschädigungen an den Pflanzen berechnet werden.
3.Special wishes can only be taken into consideration if they
are expressed at least 14 days prior to the beginning of the
expo.
4.Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH reserves the right to
invoice the services in advance. Invoices are due for payment
immediately upon receipt.
5.Rental plants are provided only for the agreed purpose and
agreed time.
6.Rental plants are provided on the condition that the customer
is liable for ensuring that the rented goods are maintained in
a good state up until they are returned. He/she is obligated
to care for the rented plants properly throughout the entire
rental period. The rental plants will be picked up within 3
hours after the event ends.
7.Rented goods that are not returned will be invoiced to the customer in the amount required to replace them. Damages
to the plants will be invoiced in the same manner.
8.Die Haftung beginnt mit der Anlieferung und endet mit der
Abholung. Die Haftung des Mieters endet spätestens 24
Stunden nach Veranstaltungsschluss, es sei denn, ein anderer
Abholtermin wurde vereinbart, oder die Mietware war nicht
abholbereit abgestellt. Dies gilt auch, wenn der Stand nicht
besetzt ist.
8.Customer‘s liability begins when the goods are delivered
and ends when they are picked up. Customer‘s liability ends
24 hours at the latest after the event ends unless a different
pickup time has been agreed or the rented goods were not
available for pickup at the agreed place.
This also applies when the booth is unmanned at pickup
time.
9.Der Vermieter behält sich im Falle höherer Gewalt vor, dem
Auftraggeber anstelle der bestellten Mietware gleichwertige
oder bessere Ersatzstücke zu liefern. Ansprüche können aus
derartigen Ersatzlieferungen nicht geltend gemacht werden.
9.Lessor reserves the right in the event of force majeure to
deliver an equal or better replacement to the customer instead
of the goods ordered. Claims cannot be made based on such
replacement deliveries.
10.Beanstandungen müssen bis zum ersten Veranstaltungstag
erfolgen. Sie werden ausschließlich durch Nachbesserung
beseitigt.
10.Complaints must be brought forward before or on the first day
of the event. They will be remedied solely through touching
up or repairing.
