Last night Custodia Holding AG informed that it has increased its share in HOCHTIEF

Aktiengesellschaft from 10.64 to 25.08 percent. We welcome this participation and the
appreciation the move expresses of our company, our successful strategy and our
perspectives for the future.
Custodia is one of the family companies of August von Finck. It has been entertaining ties
with HOCHTIEF for many years now. The investor already had a stake in HOCHTIEF
(approximately 25 percent) until 1986 and is one of our traditional clients. At the time,
HOCHTIEF, together with Allianz, had acquired the former Löwenbräu sites which were
subsequently developed and sold by Monachia.
