Démontage d‘un module d'une centrale:
a) ATTENTION: La centrale doit être découplée de l'alimentation
du réseau et de la batterie !

Generelle Funktionsweise
Das Digital-Textgerät APS-24.2 kann via PC bedient resp. konfiguriert werden.
1. Nach dem Einschalten der Anlage dauert es ca. 30 Sek. bis das APS-24.2 betriebsbereit ist. Während dieser Zeit blinkt die grüne
ON LED. Wenn das Gerät betriebsbereit ist, leuchtet die ON-LED konstant. Wenn mehrere LEDs leuchten ca. 1 Min. warten bis das Gerät selbstständig einen Neustart durchführt.
2. Danach ist das Login mit Benutzername und Passwort nötig. Dazu ist ein Browser wie z.B. Internet Explorer oder Mozilla Firefox nötig.
Bei einem noch nicht konfigurierten Gerät lautet der Benutzername: admin und das Passwort: password. Es gibt drei Benutzer-Gruppen
mit unterschiedlichen Zugriffs-Berechtigungen: Administrator, Manager und Benutzer.
Nach der Übergabe an den Kunden wird dringend empfohlen, das Administrator-Passwort zu ändern.
3. Anschliessend sind mittels PC die LAN-Einstellungen, die Eingabe von Datum, Uhrzeit und Zeitzone sowie die Vergabe der Passwörter
zu machen. Bei einem noch nicht konfigurierten Gerät lautet die IP-Adresse: 192.168.0.2.
WICHTIG: Durch das Betätigen der Reset-Taste für länger als 5 Sek. wird das Gerät wieder auf die Grundeinstellungen zurückgesetzt.
4. Im Weiteren gilt es die Funktionen zu definieren. Diese werden benötigt, um die Aktivierung von Layern sowie die Zuordnung von Texten zu bestimmten Lautsprecherzonen vornehmen zu können. Beispiele: Layer für Wiedergabe, Werbung nur im Verkaufsbereich, Informationstexte in allen Räumen.
WICHTIG: Die Funktionen müssen mit der Programmierung des Prozessormodules APS-990 übereinstimmen und dürfen bei komplett
gelieferten Anlagen nicht verändert werden.
Die Definition von Funktionen findet in zwei getrennten Bereichen statt. Einerseits werden die Gerätedaten sowie die Audio-Dateien verwaltet und andererseits die Einstellungen für den Zeitplaner und die manuellen Auslösungen.
Nachdem eine Änderung im ersten Bereich vorgenommen wird, müssen alle Einstellungen im zweiten Bereich überprüft und allenfalls
gespeichert werden.
5. Das Hochladen von MP3-Dateien mittels PC auf das Gerät ist die Grundlage für das Definieren von manuellen Auslösungen und das
Erstellen von Zeitplänen. Bei den Dateien wird zwischen zwei Typen unterschieden: Ansage (Text) oder Gong (Vorsignal). Die Ansagen
können in der Kategorie Dateien in keinem Ordner verbleiben oder in selber erstellte Ordner aufgenommen werden.
6. Im Zeitplaner erfolgt dann noch die Eingabe, welche Datei oder welcher Ordner wann und wie zeitgesteuert automatisch wiedergegeben werden soll.

Fonctions générales
Il est possible d‘utiliser et de configurer le lecteur digital de messages APS-24.1 via PC.
1. Après la mise en service du système, il faut attendre 30 secondes pour que l‘APS-24.1 soit prêt. Pendent ce temps, le LED vert ON clignote. Si l‘appareil est opérationnel, le LED est allumée en permanence. Si plusieurs LEDs sont allumées, attendez environ 1 minute
jusque l‘unité effectue automatiquement un redémarrage.
2. Pour la Connexion un Nom d‘utilisateur et Mot de passe est nécessaire. Par cela, utilisez un navigateur comme p.ex. Internet
Explorer ou Mozilla Firefox. Pour une unité non configuré le nom d‘utilisateur est: admin et le mot de passe est: password. Il y a trois
groupes d‘utilisateurs avec des droits d‘accès différentes: Administrateur, Manager, Utilisateur.
Après la mise en service nous vous recommandons de changer le mot de passe administrateur.
3. Ensuite, définissez les paramètres LAN, entrez la date, l‘heure et le fuseau horaire et assignez les mots de passe. Pour une unité non
configuré, l‘adresse IP est: 192.168.0.2.
IMPORTANT: Si vous appuyez sur le bouton de réinitialisation pendant plus de 5 secondes, l‘unité se réinitialise aux paramètres par
défaut.
4. En outre, il est nécessaire de définir les Fonctions. Les Fonctions sont nécessaire pour l‘activation des Layers et pour l‘attribution des
messages à certain zones haut-parleurs. Exemples: Layer pour reproduction, messages de publicité seulement dans la vente, messages
d‘information dans toutes les locaux.
IMPORTANT: Les fonctions doivent correspondre à la programmation du module à microprocesseur APS-990. Ne changez pas dans des
systèmes livrées complètement configurés!
La définition des fonctions aura lieu dans deux zones distinctes. D'une part, les données de l'appareil et les fichiers audio sont gérés et
d'autre part, les paramètres pour le planificateur et le déclenchement manuel.
Après qu'un changement dans la première zone est effectuée, tous les paramètres de la seconde zone doivent être contrôlés et, si nécessaire ils seront stockés.
5. Le chargement des fichiers MP3 à l‘unité en utilisant le PC est la base pour la définition des consoles et pour la création des horaires.
Il existe deux types de fichiers: message ou signal gong. Les messages peuvent rester dans la catégorie fichiers pas dans un dossier
ou dans des dossiers que vous avez créer.
6. Utilisez l‘Horaire pour la définition de la reproduction des Fichiers ou des Dossiers automatiquement contrôlé par temps.

General functionality
The handling and configuration of the digital message player APS-24.2 can be done via PC.
1. When switching on the system, the ON LED at the APS-24.2 is blinking for 30 sec. After this time the LED illuminates constantly and the
device is ready for use. If more than one LED illuminate, wait 1 min for an automatic restart.
2. Then the Login with User name and Password is needed. For this, use a Browser like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. If the device
is not configured the User name is admin and the password is password. Three access levels with different access authorizations are
available: Administrator, Manager and User.
After the handover to the customer it is strongly recommended to change the administrator password.
3. After that, the settings for LAN, date, time and time zone as well as the assignment of the passwords must be done. At not configured
devices, the IP address is 192.168.0.2.
IMPORTANT: By pressing the Reset button for longer than 5 sec, the device will be set back to the basic configuration.
4. Also the definition of the Functions is necessary. The functions are used for the activation of layers as well for the assignments of
messages to certain loudspeaker zones. Examples: layer for playback, advertisement just in the selling area, information messages in all
rooms.
IMPORTANT: The functions must be in accordance with the programming of the APS-990. Do not alter the functions at completely
delivered systems.
The definition of functions is done in two separate areas. First the device data as well as the audio files are administrated and second the
settings of the time schedule and the manual triggering.
After a change in the first area is done, all settings in the second area need to be checked and saved if needed.
5. The Upload of MP3 files with the help of the PC up to the device is the basic for working with Consoles and Time schedules. Two types
of files are existing: Message or Gong signal. The messages can be placed in the category Files not in a folder or in self created
Folders.
6. Use Time schedules for the definition of the automatically time-controlled playback of Files or Folders.
