Die GLP2-HS ist eine Metall-Glühstiftkerze für
Niederspannungsanwendungen mit Nennspannungen
von 4,4 oder 5 Volt. Sie ermöglicht hohe Vor- und
Nachglühtemperaturen.
Die GLP2-HS ist mit unterschiedlichen HeizelementDurchmessern erhältlich. Die Heizwendel ist auf
sehr schnelles Aufheizen und langes Nachglühen
für stabilen Leerlauf und reduzierte Emissionen
ausgelegt. Das äußere Glührohr muss vor allem
Thermoschocks, Vibration und Korrosion durch
aggressive Gase und Ölasche aus der Verbrennung
aushalten. Bosch verwendet eine spezielle Legierung,

GLP2-HS
The GLP2-HS is a metal glow plug for low voltage
applications with nominal voltages of 4.4 or 5 V.
It enables high pre- and post-glow temperatures.
The GLP2-HS is available with different heating
element diameters. The heating coil is designed to
heat up very quickly and to ensure long post glowing
for stable idling and emission reduction. The outer
glow tube is mainly designed to withstand high-speed
thermal stress, vibration and corrosion caused by
the aggressive gases and oil ashes in the combustion
process. Bosch uses a special alloy which fulfills
these requirements perfectly.
