Sicherheitshinweise
Beachten Sie bitte zur Vermeidung von Fehlfunktionen, Schäden
und gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen folgende Hinweise:
 Diese Bedienungsanleitung gehört zu diesem Produkt. Sie enthält wichtige
Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung. Bitte legen Sie die
Bedienungsanleitung dem Produkt bei, wenn Sie es an Dritte weitergeben!
 Lassen Sie Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos herumliegen. Plastiktüten etc.
können zu einem gefährlichen Spielzeug für Kinder werden.
 Dieser Spanngurt ist nur zum Verzurren geeignet. Der Gurt darf nicht geknotet
werden.
 Verteilen Sie den Zurrgurt gleichmäßig über die zu sichernde Ladung.
 Legen Sie den Zurrgurt so an, dass er nicht verdreht ist und er mit seiner
ganzen Breite trägt.
 Legen Sie auf dem Gurtband keine Lasten ab.
 Benutzen Sie den Ratschenzurrgurt nicht zum Tragen oder Heben von Lasten!
 Bewahren Sie den Gurt nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen auf und setzen
Sie den Gurt nicht dauernder Sonneneinstrahlung aus.
 Weist der Gurt Risse oder Scheuerstellen auf, darf er nicht mehr verwendet
werden. Ersetzen Sie ihn dann gegen einen neuen.
 Überschreiten Sie nicht die zulässige Zurrkraft von 250 daN. Beachten Sie bei
Befestigung auf dem PKW, dass zusätzlich Beschleunigungskräfte und
Seitenkräfte durch Wind auftreten.
 Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Fahrzeugteile, an denen Sie die Ladung
befestigen über ausreichende Stabilität verfügen.
 Die Einsatztemperatur liegt bei -20 °C bis +60 °C.
 Führen Sie den Gurt nicht über raue Oberflächen und scharfe Kanten.
 Zur sicheren Befestigung der Last müssen mindestens 1,5 Wicklungen des
Gurtes auf der Ratsche aufgebracht sein (max. 3 Wicklungen).
 Zerlegen Sie den Gurt nicht und unternehmen Sie keine Reparaturversuche.
Das Spanngurt-Set enthält keine durch Sie auswechselbaren oder zu
reparierenden Teile. Wenden Sie sich bei Problemen an unseren
Kundenservice.
 Der Gurt entspricht der EN12195-2.

Safety Notes
Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
 The operating instruction belongs to this product. The operating instruction
contains important details for handling the unit. Please pass it on along with
the unit if it is handed over to a third party!
 Do not leave packaging material in the range of children. Plastic bags etc. may
become a dangerous toy for children.
 This ratchet tied down set is only intended to tie down loads. Do not knot the
belt.
 Distribute the ratchet strap evenly over the load to be secured.
 Place the ratchet strap in a way that it is not twisted and it carries with its full
width.
 Do not put any loads onto the belt of the ratchet strap.
 The unit is NOT suitable for carrying or lifting loads!
 Do not store the ratchet tie down set close to heat sources and do not
continuously expose the unit to direct sunlight.
 If the belt is worn or ripped, do not continue using the belt. The belt has to be
replaced with a new belt.
 Do not exceed the maximum load of 250 daN. Please note that due to wind
accelerating and lateral forces may occur when fastening the load on a
vehicle.
 Make sure that the fastening points on a vehicle are suitable and firm enough
to hold the load.
 The working temperature for the ratchet tie down is from -20°C to +60 °C.
 Do not pull the belt over rough and sharp edges.
 To securely fasten the load do not use the ratchet tie down with less than 1.5
wraps on the ratchet (max. 3 wraps).
 Do not disassemble the belt and do not try to repair it yourself. The ratchet tie
down set does not contain parts serviceable by you. If any problems occur,
contact our customer service.
 The belt conforms to EN12195-2.

Consignes de sécurité

vives.
 Pour attacher solidement la charge doit être d'au moins 1,5 tours de la

 Tenere la cintura non è vicino a fonti di calore, e mettere la cintura non è alla
luce del sole costante.
 Se le lacrime cintura o abrasioni, non può più essere utilizzato. Poi sostituirlo
con uno nuovo.
 Non superare la capacità massima di 250 daN flagellazione. Nota per il
montaggio sulla vettura, che si verificano in forze di accelerazione aggiunta e
forze laterali causate dal vento.
 Assicurarsi che le parti del veicolo a cui si collega l'accusa di avere sufficiente
stabilità.
 La temperatura di esercizio va da -20 °C a +60 °C.
 Eseguire la cinghia su superfici ruvide e bordi taglienti.
 Al fine di fissare saldamente il carico deve essere almeno 1,5 giri del nastro
può essere applicato al cricchetto (entro 3 giri).
 Non smontare la cinghia e non cercare di ripararlo. Il tie-down kit contiene non

Verwendung der Transportbox
 Öffnen Sie die Klappe (3) an der Rückseite der Transportbox und nehmen Sie
die Ratsche mit Haken (1) aus dem oberen Fach der Box. Klappen Sie die
Kurbel (6) um 180°, so dass diese als Kurbel zum Abrollen des Gurtes (2)
verwendet werden kann. Rollen Sie den Gurt komplett von der Rolle ab.
 Nach Gebrauch verstauen Sie die Ratsche mit Haken (1) wieder im dafür
vorgesehenen Fach und rollen Sie den Gurt auf die Rolle. Führen Sie den
Haken in die Ablage (5) an der Unterseite der Box. Schließen Sie die Klappe.
 Transportboxen können über die Box-Verbindung (4) platzsparend verbunden
werden.
Festzurren
1. Legen Sie den Gurt um den zu sichernden Gegenstand und haken Sie das
eine Ende z.B. am Anhänger ein. Nehmen Sie das andere Ende mit Ratsche
und hängen Sie den Haken z.B. auf der anderen Seite des Anhängers ein.
2. Führen Sie den Gurt durch den Schlitz A (siehe Abbildung) und ziehen Sie
den Gurt straff. Um den Gurt zu spannen, bewegen Sie den Griff B vor und
zurück, bis der Gurt fest sitzt.
3. Zum Arretieren des Gurtes klappen Sie den Griff B nach unten. Es müssen
mindestens 1,5 Wicklungen (max. 3 Wicklungen) des Gurtes auf der Ratsche
(inneren Walze mit Schlitz) aufgebracht sein, um ein Herausrutschen zu
verhindern.
Öffnen
1. Drücken/ziehen Sie den Verschluss C nach oben und klappen Sie gleichzeitig
den Griff B ganz nach auseinander, damit der Griff horizontal liegt und die
Verriegelung (innere Walze mit Schlitz A) gelöst wird.
2. Lockern Sie den Gurt und ziehen Sie ihn heraus.

Using
Using the Transport Box
 Open the lid (3) at the rear side of the transport box and remove the ratchet
with hook (1) from the upper storage compartment of the box. Fold the crank
(6) by 180° so it can be used as a crank to roll out the belt (2). Roll out the belt
completely.
 After use store the ratchet with hook (1) in the corresponding storage
compartment. Roll up the belt on the roll. Put the hook into the hook
compartment at the bottom side of the transport box. Close the lid.
 Transport Boxes can be hooked up using the box connector (4) to save space.
Tie Down
1. Put the belt across/around the load you intend to fasten and secure the belt
with the hook on the other end, e.g. on the trailer. Fasten the other hook on the
trailer.
2. Slide the belt through the slot A (see figure) and pull the belt to fasten the load.
In order to tie down the load, move the ratchet B forth and back until the belt is
tightly tensed.
3. Fold down the ratchet B to lock the belt. Before using the ratchet tie down,
observe that there are at least 1.5 windings (max. 3 windings) of the belt on
the ratchet (inner roll with slot) to prevent the belt from slipping out of the
ratchet.
Loosen
1. Push up/pull the lock C and tilt down the ratchet B at the same time until the
ratchet is in a horizontal position. The locking mechanism of the inner roll with
slot is released.
2. Now you can slack off the belt and pull the belt out.
