Scope of our Services
We assist our clients in all matters of individual and
collective labor and employment law. Our team of
experienced and certified employment law
specialists focuses on developing economically
sustainable and individualized solutions.
Restructuring measures usually have implications
for a company’s employees. We therefore have
gained special experience in assisting both
employers and works councils in all matters of
collective labor law including in connection with
staff
reductions,
negotiating
reconciliation
agreements and social plans, use of transfer
companies, and with respect to employment
arbitration committees. We also draft and negotiate
company policies and company agreements and
advise in connection with changes of collective
agreements.
We also assist our clients in all matters regarding
individual employment law. This includes the
provision of advice to companies of all sizes in
their day-to-day human resources management.
We have special expertise in advising foreign
companies and start-ups with respect to their
engagement in employment law related activity
from the very beginning. Our clients include
employees, managing directors, chief officers and
expatriates, which we assist in connection with
termination, termination agreements and issues of
liability.
We are actively engaged in discussions regarding
current topics in labor and employment law. Our
attorneys have been publishing numerous articles
on employment law and are often requested
speakers for renowned seminar providers or
companies in connection with in-house training.
