LIEHTALANNIEMI MUSEUM FARM
The estate, whose last tenant was Liehtalanniemi resident Jallu,
is part of a 22-hectare nature preserve with a nature trail and a
guest harbour for paddlers.

Der Museumsbauernhof des letzten Bauern, Jallu Liehtala, ist Teil
eines 22 ha großen Naturschutzgebietes. Auf dem Hof gibt es
einen Naturpfad, einen Bootsanlagesteg für Besucher und einen
Anlegeplatz für Kanufahrer.
HANHINIITTY SMITHY
At the blacksmith’s workshop you can find hand-forged hunting
knives, kitchen knives and wilderness axes. We also rent canoes,
kayaks, snowshoes and other outdoor equipment, and organise
guided excursions.
SCHMIEDE HANHINIITTY
RESTAURANT NIINIPUU offers local Finnish food. Depending
on the season, the menu includes fresh vendace or golden chanterelles picked by the proprietor. In summer we serve a generous
Sunday buffet in Niinipuu’s Attic.

Das Restaurant Niinipuu serviert finnische Speisen aus der
Region: je nach Saison frisch gefangene kleine Felchen aus dem
Saimaa-See oder vom Wirt gepflückte Pfifferlinge. An Sommer­
sonntagen gibt es auf dem Dachboden von Niinipuu ein reichhaltiges Büffet.
