Login to the DIgSILENT Customer Portal
Please ensure that you are registered as a PowerFactory user.
You can register at http://www.digsilent.de/Software/UserRegistrations or through the "Register"
entry in the PowerFactory "Help" menu.
Please note, after registration, the activation of your access to the Customer Portal may take until the next
working day, 3:00 p.m.
For accessing the DIgSILENT Customer Portal, please use the following login data:
Login name:
Your registered email address
Password:
Your password
You can change your password by following the link “Change password” within the Support area on
the DIgSILENT website.
Please note, after changing your password, it may take until the next working day, 3:00 p.m., until your new
password is lodged in the Customer Portal

Bitte registrieren Sie sich unter http://www.digsilent.de/Software/UserRegistrations oder durch den
"Registrieren"-Eintrag im PowerFactory-Menü "Hilfe".
Bitte beachten Sie, dass es nach erfolgter Registrierung bis zum nachfolgenden Werktag, 15:00 Uhr, dauern
kann, bis Ihr Zugang zum Kundenportal freigeschaltet ist.
Bitte verwenden Sie die folgenden Anmelde-Daten für den Zugriff auf das DIgSILENT-Kundenportal:
Benutzername: Ihre registrierte E-Mail-Adresse
Passwort:
Ihr Passwort
Sie können Ihr Passwort ändern, indem Sie dem Link “Passwort ändern” auf der Support-Seite der
DIgSILENT-Webseite folgen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass es nach einer Passwort-Änderung bis zum nachfolgenden Werktag, 15:00 Uhr, dauern
kann, bis Ihr neues Passwort im Kundenportal gültig ist.
