Complete small vertical packaging system including dosing unit for powders.
SIEMENS PLC and 7”-SIEMENS touchscreen, stainless steel version (SS304).
Auto diagnostics system, OMRON PID temperature controller. 3- or 4-side-seal
bags, step-motor film-pulling, suitable for laminated BOPP/PE film. Chain-bag
function, hotprint coder included (2 lines, 10 characters each). Auger filler
dosing unit, servo motor driven, accuracy +/- 0,3-1% (depending on product),
rotary knife system. Specifications: see table below.
Beschreibung
Komplettversion des vertikalen Verpackungssystems inklusive Dosiereinheit
für Pulver. PLC und 7“-Touchscreen von SIEMENS, Edelstahlversion (SS304).
Selbstdiagnosesystem, PID-Temperaturkontrolle von OMRON. 3- oder 4-seitig
verschweißte Beutel, Folienantrieb per Schrittmotor, geeignet für laminierte
BOPP-/PE-Folien. Kettenbeutel-Funktion, inklusive Heißpräge-Codierer (2 Zeilen
mit je 10 Buchstaben). Auger-Dosiereinheit, Servomotor-Antrieb, Genauigkeit
+/- 0,3-1% (je nach Produkt), rotierendes Messer.
