Application Insulation of pipe elbows in industrial and power plants as well as of heating and hot water pipes in HVAC installations. Rockwool Pipe Bend is: • non-combustible A1 • heat-insulating • sound-absorbing • water-repellent • quick and easy to install, without further cutting/stuffing • dimensionally accurate and exactly fitting • pressure-resistant and dimensionally stable • produced in AS quality Product Range Inner diameter (mm) from 17 to 191 Insulation thicknesses (mm) from 20 to 120 The pipe bends are manufactured in the building types 3 and 5 acc. to DIN 2605. Building type 3 corresponds to a radius of 1.5 D. Building type 5 corresponds to a radius of 2.5 D. Further dimensions on request, available in different types.
