For the Decoration:

Knead icing until pliable. Roll icing out to desired thickness (3-4mm). Cut out
hearts with 2cm cutter.

Press point of each heart together to create a fold. Form a stem. Leave to dry for
approx. 3 hours.

Make a small ball from the icing and press four hearts and the stem together on
the ball to make the clover. Stick on to your cake.
