in hot chamber die casting hasn’t changed for decades.
The traditional making method tent to destroy geometric
precisions of the goosenecks which lower the DFR,
defect-free-rate. One mechanic from Taiwan innovated the
design and lift 20% productivity YoY in die casting factory in
Taiwan with the new design. Multinational patents were issued
for the invention.
