La MCS100 e’ una alesatrice a montante fisso di precisione con struttura compatta e robusta.
Le strutture della macchina in ghisa nazionale, stabilizzata attraverso un trattamento antitensionale e l’utilizzo delle piu’ avanzate tecnologie elettroniche garantiscono una lunga
vita produttiva e un’ elevata affidabilita’ meccanica ed elettronica, nonché caratteristiche
di estrema precisione.
La MCS100, essendo dotata di quattro assi lineari e di uno rotativo controllati , è considerata una macchina universale per la sua capacità di lavorare pezzi di forma più o meno complessa riducendo drasticamente il numero di piazzamenti e quindi di fermo macchina.
Infine la possibilita’ di ampliare le funzionalita’ della macchina con il cambio utensili
automatico, il cambio pallet e l’ampia gamma di accessori abbinabili garantisce al
prodotto caratteristiche di versatilità e flessibilità per ogni esigenza produttiva,
consentendo l’utilizzo dell’ MCS100 per ogni tipo di lavorazioni.

Macchine Europea.
The model MCS100 is a high-precision boring machine with a stationary column of compact and sturdy
structure.
The machine structures are made of Italian cast-iron and
have been subject to a stress relieving treatment. The system
utilizes modern electronical technologies so to ensure long lifetime, high reliability of the mechanical and electronical system
and high accuracy features.
The MCS100 model has to be considered a universal machine due to its controlled axes,
four of the linear and one of the rotary type. The capability of machining more or less complex workpieces reduces considerably the number of work setups and therefore the machine standstill.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to equip the machine with an automatic tool-changer
and a pallet-changer. The wide range of special accessories increase the flexibility and versatility of the machine for all requirements of the customers. This makes the MCS100
machine ideal for every kind of operation.
The MCS100 model, as all our machine models, is built observing the European Machine
Directive.

Das Maschinenmodell MCS100 ist ein Präzisions-Bohrwerk ausgestattet
mit feststehenden Ständer in kompakter und steifer Struktur.
Die Maschinenstrukturen sind aus italienischen-Guß hergestellt und wurden einer
Entspannungsbehandlung unterzogen. Es werden die fortschrittlichsten elektronischen Technologien verwendet,
wodurch lange Lebensdauer, hohe Zuverlässigkeit bei Mechanik und Elektronik und hohe Eigenschaften der
Genauigkeit erreicht werden.
Das Maschinenmodell MCS100 kann als universelle Maschine betrachtet werden aufgrund der gesteuerten
Achsen, wovon vier geradlinige Achsen und eine Drehachse vorhanden sind. Die Möglichkeit, mit der Maschine
mehr oder weniger komplizierte Werkstücke zu bearbeiten, reduziert beträchtlich die Anzahl der Aufspannungen
und somit der Maschinenstillstandzeiten.
Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit, die Maschine durch einen automatischen Werkzeugwechsler und einen
Palettenwechsler aufzurüsten. Der weite Bereich an Sonderzubehörteilen steigert die Flexibilität und Vielseitigkeit
der Maschine bei allen betrieblichen Anforderungen. Dieses macht das Modell MCS100 zur idealen Maschine
für verschiedenerlei Bearbeitungen.
Das Modell MCS100, wie alle unsere Maschinenmodelle, wird unter Einhaltung der europäischen MaschinenRichtlinie gebaut.

La MCS100 est une aleseuse de précision à montant fixe, qui a une structure compacte et robuste.
Les structures de la machine sont en fonte italienne, stabilisée par un traitement de
détente. L’utilisation de la technologie électronique la plus évoluée assure une productivité durable et une grande fiabilité mécanique et électronique, ainsi que les caractéristiques d’une extrème précision.
La MCS100, étant dotée de quattre axes linéaires et d’un rotatif contrôlés, est considérée une machine universelle pour sa capacité d’usiner des pièces de formes plus ou moins complexes, réduisant
énormement le nombre de placement, donc l’arrêt de la machine.
Il y a la possibilité d’automatiser les fonctions de la machine en ajoutant le changeur d’outils automatique, le changeur de pallettes et avec le support des nombreux accessoires que l’on peut monter cela
permet à la machine une universalité et une flexibilité pour chaque exigence de production et permet
l’utilisation de la MCS100 pour differents types d’usinage.
La MCS100, comme tous nos produits, est conforme aux diréctive machine.
