The Research Forum of the Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences (FFH) is a platform for
presenting the various research activities and results of Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences,
which have developed a multi-faceted research landscape transcending disciplinary and geographical
borders. Year after year, the FFH proves its abilities in applied research activities. Communicating with
society, politics and business, we are looking forward to very interesting contributions by researchers,
to fruitful discussions, and a worthwhile exchange of all participants in the FFH 2016.

Target Group
The Research Forum offers representatives of Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences the
opportunity to discuss their current R&D. R&D (F&E) cooperation partners are invited to present
successful joint projects as well.
The contributions are aimed at Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences, competence centers, and
other non-university research institutions; decision-makers in politics, representatives of research
promotion, business enterprises, and other business partners, and the general public.
Panel Description
Exemplarische Subthemen:
 Grundlagenforschung
 angewandte Forschung
 anwendungsorientierte Forschung
 Theorie/Praxis Konflikt
 Transfer Theorie Praxis
 Evidence based Praxis (ebp)
 Interprofessionalität u. Interdisziplinarität
Didactic Design of the Panel:
