EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY VISA IV
Present to the Federal Police Department, in the 30 first days, Request the Extension in the Federal Police Department from 30 to
counting from the day that the student arrived in Brazil.
90 days before the expiration of the visa.

 Copy of the CIE or its Protocol.
 Proof of Maintenance.
 Original of the Passport and CIE or its Protocol.
 1 photo 3x4, recent, front , with white background
If necessary:
CIE/Protocol not collected (Restoration).
 Post graduation students: Declaration of the UFV Advisor, describing
Certificate of Consular Registration (If there is wrong names)
