STARWASH é a nova e inovadora caixa de lavagem da MCS.
Modular e de tamanho compacto, permite processar tanto
tecidos de malha como entrançados, graças ao sistema patenteado OVERFLOW & BUBBLE [TRANSBORDO & BORBULHAR].
O tecido é transportado através de dois tambores de grande
dimensão motorizados, três roladores de retorno nos quais
células de carregamento e um apertador estão montados.
A recirculação interna da solução líquida em contracorrente
forçada e a ausência de bocas de pulverização providenciam
um poderoso impacto de lavagem bem como uma acção suave
nas fibras mais sensíveis. É o ciclo de lavagem ideal para fibras
naturais e sintéticas, adequado para lavagem tanto após tingimento tradicional ou a jacto de tinta, após fixação de lã e

STARWASH is the new groundbreaking washing box by MCS.
Modular and compact in size, it allows both knitted and woven
fabrics to be processed, owing to the OVERFLOW & BUBBLE
patented system.
The fabric is conveyed through two internal motorized largesized drums, three return rollers on which load cells and a
squeezer are mounted.
The internal recirculation of the liquor in forced counterflow
and the absence of spray nozzles provide a powerful washing
impact as well as a gentle action on the most sensitive fibres.
It is the ideal washing cycle for synthetic and natural fibres, suitable for washing both after traditional and ink-jet printing,
after wool fixing and bleaching and/or mercerizing.

STARWASH FS (Escovagem rápida) foi concebida para a limpeza em contínuo por fixação térmica, a fim de reduzir a
quantidade de óleo presente nos tecidos elásticos e melhor
prepará-los para as posteriores fases de laboração.
STARWASH FS (Fast Scouring) has been designed for scouring
in continuous with heatsetting, in order to reduce the quantity of oil present in elastic fabrics and to prepare the fabrics to
subsequent processings.
Os óleos a eliminar são principalmente os silicones provenientes dos elastómeros e os minerais utilizados como lubrificantes
em tecelagem. Estes óleos, queimando com as altas temperaturas da fixação térmica, são eliminados de forma não uniforme e criam zonas de absorção variada no interior do tecido.
Oils to be eliminated are mainly silicones coming from elastomers and minerals used as lubricants in weaving. Such oils,
burning at high temperatures during heatsetting, are eliminated unevenly and
create areas with different absorptions inside the fabric itself.
Reduzir e uniformizar estes óleos sobre a superfície do tecido
torna-se então uma operação fundamental, a efectuar antes
do tratamento térmico. Um tecido já fixado termicamente e
limpo em descontínuo numa máquina de tingimento terá
características qualitativamente inferiores, além de um custo
de laboração mais elevado.

O transporte do tecido acontece através de dois tambores
motorizados interiores de grandes dimensões, três cilindros de
remessa sobre os quais estão montadas células de carregamento e um lenço de espremedura.
A recirculação interna do banho forçado de lavagem e a presença de pulverizadores, permitem ao mesmo tempo um grande impacto de limpeza, uma delicadeza extrema sobre as
fibras mais sensíveis e a inteira eliminação dos detergentes
utilizados no processo de limpeza. Os óleos residuais são eliminados graças a um filtro especial.

by MCS, ideal for synthetic and natural fibers with high percentage of Lycra. Modular and compact, it allows to process
knitted and woven articles as wellm thanks to patented OVERFLOW & BUBBLE SYSTEM.
Fabric runs thanks to two big-size driven drums , three transmission rollers on which load-cells are installed, and then a
squeezer.
Inner circulation of forced liquor and sprayers guarantee a
remarkable washing impact and, at the same time, an
extremely delicate action on more sensitive fibres and complete removal of detergents unsed during scouring process.

A gama LAVAPRINT Evolution de lavagem pós-tingimento para
malhas e tecidos.
É composta por:
• secção de largura aberta:
- elementos de lavagem forçada: STARWASH
- módulo relaxamento sobre correia de transporte, onde o tecido
é depositado em pequenas dobras
• parte em corda:
- módulo para o tratamento contínuo da corda: MULTIWASH
A gama foi projectada para processar vários artigos com uma
tensão mínima, incorpora três funções imprescindíveis numa única
operação de lavagem pós-tingimento:
• impregnação e estabilização em largura aberta
• inchamento do tecido em condições de relaxamento
• lavagem intensiva na forma de corda incluindo tratamentos tais
como oxidação e ensaboadura
artigos tingidos com corantes reactivos, dispersos, indantreno,
corrosivos e ácidos. Além disso a máquina também pode ser
aplicada para banhos relaxamento, lavagem após branqueamento
semi-contínuo (Pad-Batch), lavagem pós-tingimento semicontínuo (Pad-Batch), lavagem após causticação.

Management and control Software
for special applications
Doseamento de produtos puros e verificação de
água em linha de lavagem
O sistema CONT-DOSING é um sistema gerido a partir
de um PC em comunicação com um PLC que consegue
comandar 8 bombas doseadoras e controlar 8 entradas de
água.
As bombas doseadoras usadas são do tipo electromagnéticas, digitais, de caudal proporcional.
As frequências de controlo das bombas são calculadas de
forma a evitar variações súbitas na concentração do
banho.
O sistema é portanto inteiramente automático e limita a
intervenção do operador apenas à substituição dos recipientes vazios sobre informações do mesmo sistema. O
microprocessador está habilitado quer para o doseamento
de litros programados, quer para o doseamento dos produtos em função dos quilogramas de tecido introduzidos na
máquina.

Dosing of pure products and water control
in a washing line
The CONT-DOSING system is a system managed by a PC
communicating with a PLC which can control up to 8
dosing pumps and 8 water inlets.
Installed dosing pumps are with pneumatic piston at
double effect. Pump control frequency values are calculated so as to avoid sudden changes in the concentration of the bath.
Therefore, the system is fully automatic and the operator’s action is only required when the system asks for
the replacement of empty containers. The microproces-
sor is enabled to perform either the dosing by pre-set
litres or the dosing of the products as a function of the
