Objectives:
Provide knowledge of the concepts and methods of financial management in organizations.
Development of the theoretical framework and practical skills to enable the understanding and interpretation of financial cycles, the
financial stability of the company and calculating financial needs.
Enter the policies and practices of financial management in the short, medium and long term.

1. The key objectives of the finance function
2. Evolution of finance function
3. Financial analysis and accounting standardization process
3.1. The accounting data to support financial analysis
4. The notion of working capital (FM)
5. The issue of financial stability
6. The composition of the functional balance
7. The needs for working capital (NFM) and the cycle of exploitation
8. Financial situations typical
9. The frame flows
10. Ratio analysis on financial and economic perspective
11. Financial and operating leverage
12. Additive and multiplicative models of profitability
Objectives:
The course will be taught in sessions of exposure, discussion and interactive learning using, if possible, to computerized.
Students are required to prepare prior to each class, its actual presence and participation in class.
