Please set your preference in the BOOKING FORM. Special daily rates are
per room, available only for reservations through Mello Faro Turismo.
Transamérica Hotel is the only one really close to the meeting venue. All other options are distant from 3 km to 7 km .
There will be FREE DAILY BUS TRANSPORTATION between the Official Hotels and Transamérica ExpoCenter.
Timetable and Bus Stops for embarkation and disembarkation will be informed later by Organizers.

Daily rates are including breakfast (except at Ibis Morumbi). Reservations for all hotels except Ibis Morumbi, will be accepted when guaranteed by credit card charge authorization with
Booking Form filled and sent to Mello Faro. Except for Ibis Morumbi, all expenses - daily rates and incidentals, will be settled directly with the hotel on departure. For Ibis Morumbi,
reservations will be accepted along with full payment by credit card charge authorization (we are going to send specific hotel form). Check in is at 02:00pm and check out at 12:00 (noon). For
all hotels, except Ibis Morumbi, credit card details and credit card charge authorization will be taken as guarantee and one daily rate + taxes will be charged in case of no-show or
cancellation after August 30th, 2013; for Ibis Morumbi, the cancellation after August 30th, 2013 or no- show is subject to all daily rates + taxes penalty. The 3ª person may be accommodated
in a sofa-bed, roll-away bed or extra bed according to availability, rules and policy in each hotel. There is an optional city tax ranging from R$ 2,20 to R$ 4,50 per room and per day, to be
included in your balance on check out. We recommend you to accept this tax that helps improving conditions for all who come to São Paulo for congress, business or leisure purpose.
