AFTERNOON SNACK Gudrun takes her quilt-as-you-go method one step further with dimensional piecing. When
you are done piecing your runner, you are done quilting it too!

SHORELINE LOG CABIN Doris Hareland is our QT expert on Judy Martin style log cabin quilts, and her sample is

Baby Quilt Classes These classes are aimed at giving moms, grammas and aunties ideas and time to make fast and
functional baby quilts. Modern or traditional, we have a nice selection of kid-friendly fabric combinations and kits.
ROLL OVER Add texture to your quilt top for a little extra snuggle. (Alexander Henry kits available)

“HOMEMADE HOLIDAYS” RETREAT Why fight the mall crowds, when you can be at QT making your holiday
gifts! With a little instruction and a few demos and we will make 6 runners in two days. Plan to bring a favorite
holiday treat with recipe to share, and don’t forget to check out our many shop samples for fabric ideas.

ESPECIALLY FOR VINTAGE DÉCOR LOVERS: “LADIES NIGHT OUT” We have selected simple table runner and
pillow projects for this class targeting non-quilters who would like to learn quilt basics while creating vintage décor
items for their home. Working with “Authentic” and “Rouenneries” fabric collections, we will share some décor ideas
to mix with your projects. It will indeed be a fun night (and morning) out!

Technique Classes
STARCH METHOD APPLIQUE: Are you afraid of the “A” word? If so, you haven’t taken the starch method class
with Linda Hohag! Choose any Brandywine Designs project and learn perfect appliqué from the best. Critter
Christmas fabric rolls are available to make your fabric collection and selection easy.

Kari will teach EQ basics such as navigation, using the libraries, quilt design using library blocks, coloring and
printing. Students need to bring their own laptop equipped with EQ6 software.

Learn to design your own quilt blocks from scratch . Students need to have knowledge of the items covered in the

KIT CLUB: Purchase a quilt kit (and corresponding book/pattern) from this list and take this 6 hour class for free!
Your class host will be available to answer questions about your project, pre-class cutting instructions will be
provided when you purchase the kit, AND dessert will be served! A variety of projects have been selected.
Selected Kits: Courthouse Stars, Village Crossings, Fit to be Square, Tipsy Nine Patch, UFO Completed.
$25 class fee applies if you would like to work on your own project.

SMALL QUILT CLUB
Making a small quilt is like having a yummy dessert. Our class projects will be based on the books “Bits and Pieces”
and “Remembering Adelia”. Host Linda will share many methods that can be used for making small quilts.
Techniques covered will include hand piecing, appliqué, paper piecing and curved piecing, dimensional appliqué,
pattern resizing and more. Show and tell is encouraged, and scrappy fabric bundles will be available to club members.
