PDF format: Amount Transported and To Be Transported
The generated PDF’s by SaphetyDoc+ now will include
the amount transported and to be transported in all
pages of the pdf (this change is only to documents with
more than one page and with amounts to be stated).
This is applied to documents such as:
• Invoices
• Simplified Invoices;
• Debit Notes;
• Credit Notes;
• Delivery Notes

“Os documentos referidos no ponto 1, quando na sua impressão resultar mais do que uma página, devem exibir em todas elas a designação do tipo de documento,
a respetiva numeração de acordo com o ponto 2.2.4., os valores acumulados (transportados e a transportar), o respetivo n.º de página e o n.º total de páginas. Os
apuramentos globais de base tributável, apuramento de impostos e total do documento, quando existirem, devem constar exclusivamente na última página.”

Customized VAT Exemption Reason
Users can now customize the reason
why they have VAT exemption when
the line of the document doesn’t have
VAT.
Go to Document > Add a Line >
Select the line detail > in the VAT
field, select the option VAT O
(without VAT), in the field “reason
for VAT exemption” select “others”
and customize the reason.
This information will also be sent to
the SAFT.

SAFT: Removal of document types
When SAFT is generated it was
removed the option to select
documents types (commercial or
transport) signed and/or
exportable to the SAFT (PT)

Suppliers can now reply to a Delivery Forecast sent by their clients.

Notifications configuration, based on document status change
The users have the possibility to configure the notification they want to receive when the status of the document changes.
You can do this by clicking in your Entity Logo > Notifications and here you can configure the email addresses that will receive
the notifications based on document status change and also indicate if the notifications should be associated to Sent and/or
Received Documents.
For this first release this feature will only be available for the document status: Cancelled.
We will support the other document status in the next releases.

If a status is selected you must
choose at least one option: Sent
and/or received Documents.

After configuring, anytime a document is cancelled you will receive an email notification.
You can by request, customize the notification content.
