Important Information
Important Information - Extended Day Care Program
ECC activities begin on August 15th and end on
December 9th. Activities are from 3:30pm to 4:15pm.
Dropping out of an activity must be communicated
by e-mail: [email protected].
The Extended Day Care Program is a supervised noninstructional day care structure.
All students attending the Extended Day Care
Program will be grouped together.
To ensure safety and quality of the activities, we will
have a limited number of students and we will try to
guarantee that your child will be enrolled in at least
one of their choices if sign up is made by August 11th.
Siblings or friends not in the activity may NOT
attend, they must be picked up, or join an activity
A snack will be included in the afternoon session.
Parents or guardians must sign the form daily when
picking up their children.
Sign up is from August 5th to September 2nd only,
and the slips must be handed in exclusively to the
classroom teacher.
In case of rain, outdoor activities will be held in
the library or classroom and students will have
alternative activities.
PLEASE NOTE: For no reason, may a child remain
on campus beyond 4:45pm
Attendance in activities must be regular. In an
activity with a waiting list, if a student misses 3 days
of activities without an excused absence, he or she
will be taken out of the activity and the students on
the waiting list will be contacted.
If for any reason a child is not staying for AfterSchool activity, the teacher must receive a note
from the parents. Otherwise, he or she will be sent
to the activity.
Students will have supervised activities such as
playing on the playground and in the covered gym,
playing board games inside and with toys in the toy
room.
IMPORTANT: Activity enrollment confirmation will
be sent via the school agenda on August 12th.
Buses provide transportation for students enrolled
in After-School activities and are contracted directly
by the parents.

Informações Importantes
As atividades do ECC se iniciam em 15 de agosto e
terminam em 9 de dezembro. As atividades são das
15h30 às 16h15.
A desistência da atividade deverá ser comunicada
por e-mail: [email protected] .
Para garantir a segurança e a qualidade das
aulas, teremos um número limitado de alunos, e
tentaremos garantir que seu filho seja inscrito em
pelo menos uma das atividades. Se a inscrição for
feita até dia 11 de agosto.
Irmãos ou amigos que não estão matriculados na
atividade, NÃO poderão participar. Estes deverão
ser buscados no horário de saída de aula regular,
ou entrar em uma atividade, e não poderão ficar na
escola sem supervisão.
As inscrições acontecerão somente de 5 de agosto a
2 de setembro, e devem ser entregues diretamente
à professora regente.
Em caso de chuva, as atividades externas serão na
biblioteca ou sala de aula e serão desenvolvidas
atividades alternativas.
A assiduidade nas aulas deve ser regular. Se um
aluno faltar 3 dias de atividade sem justificativa, ele
(a) será retirado(a) da atividade e os alunos da lista
de espera serão chamados.
Se, por qualquer motivo, o aluno não permanecer
para as atividades extracurriculares, os pais devem
enviar um aviso ao professor. Caso contrário, o aluno
será levado à atividade.
IMPORTANTE: A confirmação da inscrição nas
atividades escolhidas será enviada através da agenda
do colégio no dia 12 de agosto.
Os ônibus e van de transporte após as atividades
extracurriculares
devem ser contratados
diretamente pelos pais.
Informações Importantes - Extended Day Care Program
Este é um programa supervisionado, sem fins
acadêmicos.
Todos os alunos inscritos no Extended Day Care
Program ficarão no mesmo grupo.
Um lanche será incluído nas atividades vespertinas.
Os pais ou responsáveis deverão assinar diariamente
a ficha quando buscarem seus filhos.
Os alunos participarão de atividades recreativas
supervisionadas, como brincar no parquinho e
no ginásio coberto, jogos de tabuleiros, com
brinquedos na sala de brinquedos, assistir a filmes e
outras atividades apropriadas para alunos do ensino
infantil.
IMPORTANTE: Nenhum aluno deve permanecer no
colégio após as 16h45.
