Taking into account the provisions of CV CAR Part 6, the AAC, Caho Verde Civil Aviation
Authority, hereby certifies:

BASA Certificate and associated Maintenance Organization Approval Schedule and issue related
certificates of release to service using the above reference, subject to the following conditions:
I. The scope of approval is limited to that specified on the CV CAR Part 6 AMO certificate
reference CV-03/0MAE and the associated Operations Specifications;
2. The approval scope shall not exceed the permitted CV-CAR 6 ratings, as specified in our
regulations;
3. This approval requires continued compliance with BASA part 145 and the differences as
specified in the Supplement to Special Conditions;

4. Certificates of return to service must quote the CV CAR Part 6 approval reference number
quoted above;
5. Subject to compliance with foregoing conditions, this approval shall remain valid until:
22 January 2018
Unless the approval is surrendered, superseded, suspended or revoked.
