Bairro Sítio Tamboré, Tower II of Condomínio Castelo Branco Office Park, Zip Code No.
06460-040, with its articles of incorporation filed with the Board of Trade of the State of
São Paulo under NIRE 35.300.050.274, and enrolled with the National Registry of
Taxpayers of the Ministry of Finance (CNPJ/MF) under No. 61.695.227/0001-93
(“Company”), hereby, in accordance with Article 12 of the CVM Ruling Nº 358/2002 and
further amendments, informs that, on April 19th, 2016, Grantham, Mayo & Van Oterloo,
LLC (“GMO”), with its head office located at 40 Rowes Wharf, Boston, Massachusetts
02110, United States of America, informed the Company that, on this day, it has come
to hold, in aggregate, 4.210.400 preferred shares, representing 4.18% shares of the
Company’s total shares, positioning below 5.00% of Company’s total shares in the
market.
In Annex I to this Notice is the reproduction of the letter received from the
representative of GMO.
