Ο Ε.Ο.ΜΟ δηµιουργήθηκε το 1997. Αιτία
δηµιουργίας αυτού του ουλαµού υπήρξε ή
τότε έξαρση στις εγκληµατικές ενέργειες
µε χρήση µοτοσικλέτων µεγάλου
κυβισµού.
Σκοπός του Ε.Ο.ΜΟ η "παράλληλη" (και
οχι η καθυστερηµένη) αντιµετώπιση του
εγκλήµατος.
Στήν δηµιουργία του, ο ουλαµός
στεγάστηκε αρχικά στην ΜΜΑ∆ και
µετέπειτα στο Αρχηγείο Αστυνοµίας.
Τα τελευταία χρόνια στεγάζεται στα
Λατσιά στα κεντρικά γραφεία της
∆ιεύθυνσης Τροχαίας Αρχηγείου.
Μία ιδέα, ένας θεσµός µε πλούσιο και
πολύπλευρο έργο τα τελευταία 18 χρόνια.

A.C.O.C.A. He came into being and struggling to meet the requirements in the field. A.C.O.C.A. has the object of
providing services informative - educational - preventive vulnerable groups in terms of social , it follows the overall
objective , the increase of knowledge among the young participants , counseling by professionals ( psychologist ,
social worker , counselor legal ) those who recognize that they had a direct or indirect with drug problems , violence in schools and society, human trafficking , victims of trafficking and abuse of any kind and want to overcome
this critical period.
Our organization's work is an activity in support of laws for compliance and prevention of antisocial , illegal , immoral , harmful and even dangerous democratic society in which we live .
A.C.O.C.A. It aims and wishes to ensure national unitary coordination of the fight against organized crime, trafficking and consumption of illicit drugs, trafficking in human beings and infracţiuniunilor of any kind, based on a national strategy, development and promotion policies reducing crime. By setting A.C.O.C.A., was created to address the possibility of any kind of crime issues from an interdisciplinary perspective, in this respect, members of
the new organziaţii bringing together specialists in the field of education and crime prevention, etc.
The raising of crime in our country, amid the development of networks of transnational organized crime, led to the
need to intensify efforts to combat it. Thus was born A.C.O.C.A. which considers the fight against organized crime
a national priority, being from this point of view connected to the size and international standards, but also to its
national specificity.
Drawing on the experience gained over time in the current vision of the organization, it is intended that in Romania
to operate a coherent, integrated and professional support services for young people, to ensure a level of responsiveness amounted to needs of people tend to do crimes. All this will eventually lead to maintaining a low level of
crime and offenses of any kind.
Relapse prevention is done by: - Psychosocial counseling; - Psychosocial support; - Psychosocial services to victims who have suffered various forms of abuse, family abuse victims, victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse
victims, victims of human trafficking, domestic violence and juvenile violence; - Cognitive-behavioral methods; Social reintegration; - Mutual support and self-support groups; - Advice and information on HIV / AIDS and other
infections; - Information and awareness on needle exchange; - Preventing overdosed; - Basic services for survival, medical and social counseling; Rehabilitation: relapse prevention phase (relapses). Rehabilitation is an important milestone in the process of social reintegration and requires assistance activities focused on prevention of
relapse / recurrence, to members of vulnerable groups and individuals who have committed crimes. Also assume,

Auxiliary Police - Polícia Auxiliar

Polícia Auxiliar, também chamados de Polícia Especial , são geralmente em tempo
parcial de uma Polícia Regular. Eles podem ser armado ou desarmado. Eles podem ser
voluntários não remunerados ou membros pagos do serviço de polícia com os quais eles trabalha,
Podendo ser uniformizados ou não. Na maioria das jurisdições, os agentes auxiliares da polícia estão

Exigências de trabalho adicionais incluem, ter uma “ficha” limpa, passar por teste anti-droga, e sendo
um residente permanente ou um cidadão do País.
Deveres de um agente da polícia auxiliar
Agentes auxiliares da polícia são chamados para complementar o trabalho da polícia, conforme a
necessidade do departamento. Apesar de não desempenhar funções que exigem força, participam de
outro trabalho da polícia que preserva a paz e a ordem, previne o crime e protege a vida e a
propriedade, conforme indicado pelo seu departamento. Dependendo da comunidade, agentes
auxiliares da polícia pode auxiliar no controle de tráfego, realizar patrulhas a pé, de carro ou de
bicicleta, uniformizados ou não, em um bairro ou fornecer segurança em shows e festivais locais.

- Manter as unidades funcionais de prestação de serviços essenciais, como transporte de automóvel,
grupos de engenharia, brigada de incêndio, de enfermagem e primeiros socorros, a operação de
fornecimento de energia, instalações de água e sistemas de comunicação etc.
- Podem auxiliar a Força de Segurança de Fronteiras.
Entre outros tipos de trabalho.
Requisitos de um agente da polícia auxiliar
Para ser policiais auxiliares, e ao critério do chefe de polícia do seu departamento, há uma variação
nos requisitos para os agentes auxiliares de aplicação da lei.

Além disso, algumas comunidades podem exigir que os potenciais agentes auxiliares da polícia
passem por um treinamento na aplicação da lei. Estes cursos de formação são muitas vezes
fornecidos em faculdades comunitárias locais e que ensinam os potenciais agentes auxiliares, as
noções básicas de aplicação da lei, primeiros socorros e formação no uso de armas de fogo.
