Administração
Um novo ciclo permeou toda a Agrária em 2014. As diretrizes do Planejamento Estratégico redefiniram
metas, reestruturaram e certificaram importantes áreas e otimizaram sistemas. Mesmo diante dos desafios
macroeconômicos brasileiros, houve persistência na busca constante pela excelência, desde a pesquisa e a
aplicação no campo, até as operações administrativas, comerciais e industriais.
A sustentabilidade, tema que norteou o agronegócio nacional e internacional, tornou-se também palavrachave tanto para cooperados quanto para colaboradores. A ousada meta de reduzir a zero o índice de acidentes
com afastamento até 2018 caminha na mesma esteira da preocupação com a rentabilidade dos cooperados, a
produção das indústrias, assim como a preservação ambiental e da cultura da comunidade na qual a Cooperativa
está inserida.
Ações internas executaram as premissas do propósito estratégico SER (Sustentabilidade, Ebitda e Rentabilidade),
em relação à segurança e saúde ocupacional, qualidade e gestão profissional, as metas de resultado das indústrias
e a rentabilidade final ao cooperado na atividade agrícola. As metas primárias visam, além de zerar o número de
acidentes, atingir Ebitda de R$ 350 milhões e alcançar rentabilidade ao cooperado 5% superior à inflação, até 2018.
Para tanto, a Cooperativa investiu igualmente na potencialização do sistema gerencial, por meio da implantação
do SAP. O Projeto Excelência imergiu dezenas de áreas no trabalho pelo objetivo de interligar completamente toda
a Agrária. Já a remodelagem comercial otimizou o atendimento aos clientes, desde os próprios cooperados até as
empresas atendidas pelas indústrias.
A cadeia produtiva como um todo é o foco central também da Agrária Universidade, cujos alunos são
colaboradores a serem instruídos por meio da implementação de uma metodologia própria, em prol da
capacitação profissional aprofundada e o fomento de novas lideranças.
O aprimoramento constante em gestão resultou em nada menos do que três certificações diferentes,
englobando 15 áreas. A conquista da ISO 22000, por parte da Agrária Nutrição Animal, e da FSSC 22000, pela
Agrária Farinhas, reforçaram a preocupação com as boas práticas de fabricação e a segurança dos alimentos.
Da mesma forma, mais 13 áreas foram certificadas na ISO 9001: os quatro departamentos da gerência
Agrícola, os seis departamentos da gerência Administrativa e Financeira, além da Fundação Agrária de Pesquisa
Agropecuária (FAPA), a Fundação Cultural e o Colégio Imperatriz.
Qualidade que se repete também no campo, com a certificação de cooperados no Programa Agrária de
Certificação Rural (PACR), assim como os resultados recordes, destacando-se a produtividade do milho: 12.238
kg/ha. Na soja, a média geral chegou a 3.748 kg/ha. A safra de inverno sofreu com preços baixos, mas alcançou
produtividades médias consideráveis: 3.625 kg/ha no trigo e 3.834 kg/ha na cevada. A se destacar ainda a adesão
de, inicialmente, dez cooperados ao novo negócio de bovinocultura de leite, cujo projeto foi desenvolvido ao longo
dos últimos anos e aparece como alternativa de diversificação.
O investimento em novas oportunidades e no crescimento continuado é exemplificado pela entrada em operação
da unidade de negócios Agrária Grits e Flakes, pela ampliação da Agrária Malte e pela comemoração dos dez anos
da Ireks do Brasil. Resultando em diversos reconhecimentos de publicações nacionais e regionais, incluindo o Prêmio
Ocepar de Jornalismo ao Informativo Agrária.
No ano em que o WinterShow alcançou novos recordes de participação, projetos inovadores buscaram
manter a proximidade entre cooperado e cooperativa, reforçaram a preservação e difusão da cultura suábia e
primaram pelo bem-estar de toda a comunidade.
Todo ciclo com um início e um fim previamente determinado tem uma clara denominação: chamam-no de
planejamento. Diante da estagnação econômica e da elevada carga tributária, restringindo a competitividade
interna e externamente, espera-se grandes desafios para os próximos ciclos. Todavia, as conquistas estratégicas
da Agrária em 2014 estão intimamente ligadas às suas sólidas bases. Cabe a toda a Cooperativa, por meio de
cooperados e colaboradores, adequar-se e superar as dificuldades que se espreitam pelos próximos anos, para
manter as metas de crescimento contínuo.

Message from the
Board Of Directors
Ein neuer Zyklus beeinflusste im Jahr 2014 die gesamte Agrária. Die
Leitlinien der Strategieplanung definierten die Ziele neu, reorganisierten
und zertifizierten wichtige Bereiche und optimierten Systeme. Schon vor
den brasilianischen makroökonomischen Herausforderungen bestand
die Entschlossenheit zu ständigem Streben nach Exzellenz, von der
Forschung und Anwendung auf dem Feld, bis zu den Verwaltungs-,
Handels- und Industriebetrieben.
Die Nachhaltigkeit, ein Thema, das die nationale und internationale
Agrarindustrie beherrscht, wurde auch zum Schlüsselwort, sowohl für
Mitglieder, wie auch für Mitarbeiter. Das ehrgeizige Ziel, den Index von
Unfällen mit Dienstausfall bis 2018 auf null zu reduzieren, geht in die
gleiche Richtung, wie die Sorge um die Rentabilität der Mitglieder, um
die Produktion der Industrie sowie um die Erhaltung der Umwelt und der
Kultur der Gemeinde, in der die Genossenschaft tätig ist.
Interne Aktionen schufen die Voraussetzungen der strategischen
Planung SER (Nachhaltigkeit, Ebitda und Rentabilität) in Bezug auf
Sicherheit und Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz, Qualität und professionelles
Management, Ergebnisziele der Industrien und die Rentabilität des
Mitglieds in seiner landwirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit. Die Hauptziele sind
dabei die Zahl Null bei Unfällen, ein EBITDA von R$ 350 Mio. und die
Rentabilität des Mitglieds von 5 Prozent über der Inflationsrate bis 2018.
Daher investierte die Genossenschaft auch gleichermaßen in die
Verbesserung des Management-Systems, durch die Einführung von SAP.
Das Projekt Exzellenz führte die Bereiche in eine Arbeit ein, mit dem
Ziel, die gesamte Agrária untereinander komplett zu verbinden. Der
kommerzielle Umbau verbesserte bereits den Dienst bei allen Kunden der
Agrária, von den eigenen Mitgliedern, bis zu den Unternehmen, die von
den Industrien bedient werden.
Die Produktionskette als Ganzes bildet auch den Schwerpunkt der
Agrária-Universität, deren Schüler ihre Mitarbeiter sind, die durch die
Einführung einer eigenen Methode umfassende Berufsausbildung
erhalten, sowie auch die Förderung zu neuen Führungskräften.
Die ständige Verbesserung in der Verwaltung führte zu nicht weniger
als drei verschiedenen Zertifizierungen und deckt 15 Bereiche ab.
Das Erreichen der ISO 22000 der Agrária Futtermittel, und der FSSC
22000, der Agrária Weizenmühle, verstärkte die Sorgfalt zu guten
Herstellungspraktiken und der Lebensmittelsicherheit. Ebenso wurden
13 weitere Bereiche nach ISO 9001 zertifiziert: die vier Abteilungen der
Agrar-Abteilung, die sechs Abteilungen der Finanzverwaltung, außerdem
die Agrária-Stiftung für landwirtschaftliche Forschung (FAPA), die
Kulturstiftung und die Leopoldina-Schule.
Eine Qualität, die sich auch in der Landwirtschaft wiederfindet, mit
der Zertifizierung der Mitglieder im Agrária-Programm für ländliche
Zertifizierung (PACR) und ebenso auch bei Rekordergebnissen, mit
einer Produktivität bei Mais, von: 12.238 kg / ha. Bei Sojabohnen,
ein Gesamtdurchschnitt von 3.748 kg / ha. Das Wintergetreide litt
unter niedrigen Preisen, erreichte aber beachtliche durchschnittliche
Produktivität: 3.625 kg/ha bei Weizen und 3.834 kg/ha bei Gerste.
Hervorzuheben ist auch noch der Beitritt von zunächst zehn
Genossenschaftsmitgliedern am neuen Milchviehgeschäft, dessen
Projekt in den letzten Jahren entwickelt wurde und als Alternative bei der
Diversifizierung gilt.
Die Investitionen in neue Möglichkeiten und in ständiges Wachstum
werden deutlich, durch die Inbetriebnahme der Agrária Geschäfts-Einheit
Maisgrieß und Flocken, durch die Erweiterung der Agrária Mälzerei
und durch die 10-Jahres-Feier der Ireks Brasilien. Dies führte zu vielen
Auszeichnungen von nationalen und regionalen Publikationen, darunter
der Journalisten-Preis der Ocepar für den Informativo der Agrária.
Im gleichen Jahr, in dem die WinterShow eine neue Rekord-Teilnahme
verzeichnete, versuchten innovative Projekte, Mitglieder und
Genossenschaft näher zusammenzubringen, verstärkten die Erhaltung
und Verbreitung der donauschwäbischen Kultur und setzten sich für das
Wohl der gesamten Gemeinde ein.
Jeder Zyklus, mit einem Anfang und einem vorgegebenen Auftrag,
hat einen eindeutigen Namen: Man nennt es Plan. Angesichts der
wirtschaftlichen Stagnation und der hohen Steuern, die intern und
nach außen die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit beschränken, sind große
Herausforderungen für den nächsten Zyklus zu erwarten. Allerdings sind
die strategischen Erfolge der Agrária im Jahr 2014 eng mit ihrem soliden
Fundament verbunden. Es liegt an der gesamten Genossenschaft, an
den Mitgliedern und Mitarbeitern, sich den Schwierigkeiten, die in den
nächsten Jahren zu erwarten sind, anzupassen und sie zu überwinden,
um die kontinuierlichen Wachstumsziele zu erhalten.
A new cycle pervaded the whole of Agrária in 2014. In accordance with
the Strategic Planning guidelines, targets were redefined, important
areas were restructured and certified, and systems were optimized. Even
in face of the Brazilian macroeconomic challenges, we persevered in the
constant quest for excellence, from research and its application in the
field to administrative, commercial and industrial operations.
Sustainability, a theme that gave orientation to national and
international agro-business, also became a key word for both
cooperative members and employees. The bold target of
reducing to zero the rate of accidents involving sick leave by
2018 is accompanied by our concern with the financial return
to cooperative members and the industries’ output, as well as
the preservation of the environment and of the culture of the
community in which the Cooperative is situated.
In-house actions put into effect the premises of the strategic
SER (Sustainability, Ebitda and Return) proposition, in relation
to occupational safety and health, quality and professional
management, the goals for the industries’ results, and the final
profitability for members in the farming activity. The aims of the
primary targets, in addition to bringing down to zero the number of
accidents, are to achieve a R$ 350 million Ebitda and to obtain a
return 5% above inflation for the cooperative members, by 2018.
With these goals in mind, the Cooperative also invested in enhancing
the managerial system by implementing the SAP program. The
Excellence Project plunged the areas into the task, with the aim
of fully interconnecting the whole of Agrária. The commercial
remodeling, in turn, optimized services to all of Agrária’s customers,
from cooperative members themselves to the companies supplied by
the industries.
The production chain as a whole is also the central focus of the
Agrária University, whose students are employees who are instructed
through the implementation of a methodology of its own, with a
view to building excellent professional capacity and encouraging the
emergence of new leaders.
The constant improvement in management resulted in no less than
three different certifications, covering 15 areas. The fact that Agrária
Animal Nutrition earned the ISO 22000, and Agrária Flours the FSSC
22000, reflected our concern with good manufacturing practices and
food safety. Likewise, another 13 areas were certified under the ISO
9001: the four Agricultural Management departments and the six
Administrative and Financial Management departments, as well as
the Agrária Foundation for Agricultural Research (FAPA), the Cultural
Foundation and Colégio Imperatriz.
This quality is also repeated in the field, with the certification of
cooperative members through the Agrária Rural Certification Program
(PACR), in addition to record results, with corn productivity standing
out: 12,238 kg/ha. For soybeans, the general average reached 3,748
kg/ha. The Winter harvest was beset by low prices, but reached
significant average productivities: 3,625 kg/ha for wheat and 3,834
kg/ha for barley. Another fact deserves special mention: initially,
ten cooperative members joined the new dairy cattle business, a
project that was developed in the course of the last few years and is
presented as an alternative for diversification.
The investment in new opportunities and in continuous growth is
illustrated by the start-up of the Agrária Grits & Flakes business unit,
the expansion of Agrária Malt, and the celebration of Ireks do Brasil’s
tenth anniversary. All this resulted in several acknowledgements by
national and regional publications, including the Ocepar Journalism
Award to “Informativo Agrária”.
During the year, the WinterShow reached new participation records,
and innovative projects sought to maintain the close relationship
between the cooperative member and the Cooperative, reinforced
the preservation and dissemination of the Swabian culture, and gave
special emphasis to the wellbeing of the whole community.
Any cycle with its beginning and end previously determined is clearly
named: it is called ‘planning’. In view of the economic stagnation
and the high tax burden, restricting competitiveness both at home
and abroad, great challenges are expected for the next few cycles.
However, Agrária’s strategic conquests in 2014 are closely linked to its
solid foundations. It is therefore up to the whole Cooperative, through
its members and employees, to adapt and to overcome the difficulties
that will arise in the next few years, in order to maintain the targets
for continuous growth.

Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden
Aktionen zur Gesundheit waren, unter
anderen, die Impfkampagne gegen Grippe
im April. Ein Vortrag, vor allem für Frauen,
brachte Informationen über Brust- und
Gebärmutterhalskrebs im „Rosa-Oktober“ und,
im November und Dezember, wies eine weitere
Aktion, zur Gesundheitswoche, deutlich auf
Achtsamkeit und Prävention hin.

for women offered information on breast and

Segurança
Além de manter as Cipas (Comissões Internas de
Prevenção de Acidentes), treinamentos e formação
de brigadistas, em 2014 a Agrária deu início ao
projeto de reestruturação do Sistema de Gestão
de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho. Aliado à nova
metodologia de investigação e análise de acidentes
e implementação de sistemas de rotas de inspeção,
o “De Olho” pretende construir uma cultura
corporativa de segurança. Durante o ano, palestras
e workshops prepararam as lideranças da Agrária
de forma teórica e prática para a atuação com a
ferramenta baseada em observação e abordagem
para a redução de acidentes.

Sicherheit
Neben der Erhaltung der CIPAs (Interne
Unfallverhütungsgremien), durch Schulung
und Ausbildung von Feuerwehrleuten,
begann die Agrária im Jahr 2014 mit
dem Umstrukturierungsvorhaben für das
Gesundheit-Management-System und für die
Arbeitsplatz-Sicherheit. In Kombination mit
der neuen Methodik der Untersuchung und
Analyse von Unfällen und der Umsetzung von
Inspektionsrouten-Systemen, plant das „Offene
Auge“, eine Unternehmenskultur zur Sicherheit
aufzubauen. Im Laufe des Jahres bereiteten
Vorträge und Workshops die Führungskräfte der
Agrária theoretisch und praktisch auf die Arbeit
mit dem Verfahren vor, das auf Beobachtung
und Annäherung basiert, präventiv wirkt und
die Verhaltens-Frage für die Reduzierung von
Unfällen bearbeitet.

Woche der SSMA
Die erste Woche zur Gesundheit, Sicherheit
und Umwelt im August beteiligte die
Mitarbeiter an Fragen zur Gesundheit
und Sicherheit bei Arbeit und Umwelt. Zu
gemeinsamen Themenbereichen, offiziell
von der Sesmt und umweltspezifisch von
der Genossenschaft, konnten Vorträge und
Präsentationen die Praktiken zur Prävention
und Erhaltung bereichern.
Safety
In addition to maintaining the Cipas (Internal
Commissions for Accident Prevention) and
firefighters’ drills and training programs, in
2014 Agrária started a restructuring project
related to the Health and Safety at Work
Management System. Together with the new
methodology for accident investigation and
analysis, and the implementation of inspection
route systems, the “Eyes Open” program is
intended to build a corporate safety culture.
During the year, talks and workshops prepared
Agrária’s leaders, in both the theoretical and
practical aspects, to operate with this tool,
which based on observation and addressing
hazards, acts preventively, dealing with the
behavioral issue in order to reduce accidents.

Semana de SSMA
A primeira edição da Semana de Saúde, Segurança e
Meio Ambiente, em agosto, envolveu os colaboradores
e uniu de forma oficial as temáticas das áreas de
Sesmt e Ambiental da Cooperativa. As palestras e
apresentações reforçaram práticas de prevenção e
preservação.

Der 190. Jahrestag der deutschen
Einwanderung nach Brasilien wurde im Juli mit

in Entre Rios gefeiert. In Anspielung auf das
Datum, inszenierte die Theatergruppe Thomas
Schwarz diese Komödie auch in Rio Grande do
Sul und Santa Catarina.
Gedenkstunde
Im Oktober erinnerte eine Zeremonie an
den 70. Jahrestag zur Vertreibung und Flucht
der Donauschwaben aus ihrer alten Heimat.
Der ökumenische Gottesdienst ehrte den
außerordentlichen Mut und Glauben der
Donauschwaben.
1. Hausbier-Wettbewerb von Entre Rios
Vom Jugendcenter veranstaltet, sah der
Wettbewerb eine Verkostung von verschiedenen
Biersorten durch die Besucher vor, sowie den
Austausch von Erfahrungen der Bierbrauer von
Entre Rios und Region, die ihre Kreationen von
einer Fachjury beurteilen ließen.

German Immigration Day
190 years of German immigration to Brazil
were celebrated with the performance of the
play “Tanz der Mäuse”, in July, in Entre Rios. In
connection with the date, the Thomas Schwarz
Group also performed this comedy in the States
of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina.
Act of Remembrance
In October, a ceremony brought to mind the
70th anniversary of the expulsion and flight
of the Danube Swabians from their former
homeland. The ecumenical service paid tribute
to the path of courage and faith followed by
the Swabians.
1st Entre Rios Homemade Beer Competition
Promoted by the Jugendcenter, this competition
enabled the public to taste different types of
beer and gave brewers from Entre Rios and the
neighboring region an opportunity to exchange
experiences. Their products were assessed by a
jury composed of experts.

Dedicado à formação integral dos alunos, o
Colégio Imperatriz fortaleceu parcerias e ampliou
projetos em 2014. Aulas de música da Fundação
Cultural Suábio-Brasileira, escola de futebol na
Associação Esportiva Danúbio, encontros e ações
semanais no Projeto Voluntariado, atividades
diferenciadas no Projeto Mata Verde, Projeto
Lego, viagens e visitas técnicas e a promoção
do Dia da Família na Educação Infantil foram
algumas das atividades empreendidas. Em
dezembro, os processos executados pelo colégio
foram certificados na ISO 9001.
Leopoldina-Schule
Die Leopoldina-Schule widmete sich der
umfassenden Ausbildung ihrer Schüler,
vertiefte Partnerschaften und erweiterte
im Jahr 2014 ihre Projekte. Musikunterricht
der Donauschwäbisch-Brasilianischen
Kulturstiftung, Fußballlehrgänge
im Sportverein Danúbio, Tagungen
und wöchentlichen Aktivitäten im
Freiwilligenprojekt, differenzierte Aktivitäten

technische Reisen und Besuche, und die
Veranstaltung des Familien-Tages im

Semmelweis-Stiftung
Em 2014, o Hospital Semmelweis passou a contar
com a neurologia como mais uma especialidade
médica. Outra novidade foi a reinauguração da
Farmácia Semmelweis em novo endereço. Por mais
um ano, cooperados, colaboradores, comunidade
e empresas parceiras realizaram doações que, em
conjunto com repasses promovidos pela Agrária,
foram empregados na manutenção da instituição.
Os resultados dos eventos beneficentes “Suíno à
moda Entre Rios” e “Noite de Sopas” serão aplicados
na construção de um necrotério anexo ao hospital
em 2015.
Seit dem Jahr 2014 verfügt das Krankenhaus
Semmelweis jetzt mit Neurologie über ein
weiteres medizinisches Fachgebiet. Eine
weitere Neuerung war die Wiedereröffnung
der Semmelweis-Apotheke in neuer

„Schweinebraten nach Entre-Rios-Art“ und

Bau eines, mit dem Krankenhaus verbundenen,

Semmelweis Foundation
In 2014, the Semmelweis Hospital started
offering neurology. Another piece of news
was the re-inauguration of the Semmelweis
Pharmacy at a new address. For another
year, cooperative members, employees,
the community and associated companies
made donations which, together with the
contributions made by Agrária, were used in
maintaining the institution. The proceeds from
the charitable events “Pork à la Entre Rios” and
“Soup Night” will be used to build a morgue
attached to the hospital in 2015.

Meio Ambiente
A sustentabilidade ambiental está presente em todas
as esferas da Agrária.
Em 2014, a Unidade Pinhão e o setor Florestal
receberam a construção de uma estrutura para o
abastecimento e lavagem de máquinas que conta
com um sistema de tratamento para o reuso da
água. Em Pinhão, a Cooperativa também investiu
na instalação de uma unidade de tratamento de
efluentes sanitários.
Em alusão ao Dia Mundial do Meio Ambiente, a
distribuição de cartilhas e a promoção da terceira
edição da Gincana Ambiental, realizada em parceria
com a Secretaria do Meio Ambiente de Guarapuava,
reforçaram a conscientização ambiental.
No mês de setembro, o apoio da Cooperativa aos
operadores ecológicos na coleta seletiva em Entre
Rios recebeu grande incremento. A Agrária, em
parceria com a BASF, inaugurou a nova central de
armazenagem e triagem de recicláveis do distrito.
No mesmo mês, o Projeto Educacional Atlas
Ambiental Mata Viva®, da BASF e Fundação Espaço
ECO®, resultou na entrega do Atlas Ambiental
de Guarapuava em idioma alemão ao Colégio
Imperatriz e a cooperados.
UMWELT
Ökologische Nachhaltigkeit ist in allen
Agrária-Bereichen vorhanden.
Im Jahr 2014 erhielten die Einheit Pinhão
und der Aufforstungssektor den Bau
einer umweltfreundlichen Struktur für das
Tanken und Waschen von Maschinen,
die über ein Behandlungssystem für die
Wiederverwendung von Wasser verfügt. In
Pinhão investierte die Genossenschaft auch
in die Einrichtung einer Abwasserkläranlage.
In Anspielung auf den Tag der Umwelt,
verstärkten die Verteilung von Broschüren
und die Förderung der dritten Auflage der
Umwelt-Gymkhana in Zusammenarbeit mit
dem Umweltministerium von Guarapuava,
das Umweltbewusstsein.
Im September verzeichnete die Unterstützung
der Agrária bei den ökologischen Betreibern
von getrennten Behältern in Entre Rios
starke Zunahme. Die Agrária weihte in
Zusammenarbeit mit der BASF, die neue
zentrale Sammelstelle und die Trennung
von wiederverwertbaren Materialien im
Bezirk ein. Im selben Monat führte das
Bildungsumweltatlas-Projekt Mata Viva®, von
der BASF und der Stiftung Espaço Eco®, zur
Übergabe des Umweltatlas von Guarapuava
in deutscher Sprache an die Leopoldina-Schule
und an die Agrária-Mitglieder.
THE ENVIROMENT
Environmental sustainability is present in every
sphere of Cooperative Agrária.
In 2014, structures were built at the Pinhão
Unit and the Forestry sector for the fueling
and washing of machinery, with a treatment
system enabling water to be reused. At Pinhão,
the Cooperative also invested in installing a
treatment unit for sanitary effluents.
In connection with World Environment Day, the
distribution of booklets and the organization
of the third edition of the Environmental
Gymkhana, held in partnership with the
Guarapuava Environment Secretariat, boosted
environmental awareness.
In the month of September, Agrária’s support
for ecological operators in selective trash
collection in Entre Rios was greatly increased.
Agrária, in partnership with BASF, opened a
new storage and sorting center for recyclable
materials in the district. In the same month,
the “Atlas Ambiental Mata Viva®” Educational
Project, run by BASF and the “Espaço ECO®”
Foundation, resulted in the delivery of the
Guarapuava Environmental Atlas in German
to Colégio Imperatriz and to cooperative
members.

Práticas como o plantio direto e a rotação
de culturas, adotadas pelos cooperados
da Agrária, conservam o solo e a água.
Já embalagens de agroquímicos, óleos
lubrificantes e graxas são devolvidas
e recebem a destinação correta. Em
conjunto com a área de mecanização
agrícola da FAPA (Fundação Agrária de
Pesquisa Agropecuária) os produtores
também monitoram o funcionamento de
equipamentos de pulverização e distribuição
de fertilizantes para otimizar a sua utilização.
Além disso, para contribuir com a agricultura
sustentável praticada pelos cooperados, o
PACR (Programa Agrária de Certificação
Rural) disponibiliza assessoramento
para implantação do sistema de gestão
ambiental nas propriedades.

Mitglieder beizutragen.

Practices like direct plantation and crop rotation, which are
adopted by Agrária’s members, help to preserve the soil
and water. Packages used for agro-chemicals, lubricant oils
and grease are returned and correctly disposed of. Together
with the agricultural mechanization area of FAPA (Agrária
Foundation for Agricultural Research), farmers also monitor
the operation of spraying equipment and the distribution of
fertilizers in order to optimize their use. In addition, in order
to contribute to the sustainable agriculture practiced by our
members, the PACR (Agrária Rural Certification Program)
provides advice on the implementation of the environmental
management system in their properties.

Behandlung aller anfallenden Abfälle zu kontrollieren.
Überwachungsmaßnahmen sorgen für Aktionen zur
Wasser-, Strom- und Kraftstoffeinsparung. Ständige
Investitionen sind bestimmt für Projekte wie der
Austausch von Verfahren und Anlagen, um Umweltrisiken
und Unfälle zu verringern, ebenso die Reduzierung des
Einsatzes von Chemikalien in Industrie und Laboranalysen,
Entstaubungsanlagen, Abwasserbehandlung, die
Überwachung der Emissionen von Feinstaub, eigene
Energiegewinnung mit erneuerbaren Energien und
Untersuchung von neuen Quellen der Stromerzeugung.
At the Cooperative
In Agrária’s industrial and administrative complex the culture
of the three Rs – reduce, reuse and recycle – is disseminated,
giving orientation for the correct management of all the
waste generated. Monitoring leads to actions aiming to save
water, electric power and fuel. Constant investments are
allocated to projects such as the substitution of processes
and equipment in order to reduce environmental risks and
accident hazards; reduction in the use of chemical products
in the industry and in laboratory analyses; dust removal
systems; effluent treatment; monitoring the emission of
particulate materials; the Cooperative’s own energy matrix,
using renewable energy; and studying new sources of energy
generation.
Na Comunidade
A conscientização ambiental é despertada desde cedo
e um exemplo é o Projeto Mata Verde implantado no
Colégio Imperatriz com o apoio da empresa Arysta. Nas
oficinas, os alunos atuam com a reciclagem de papel,
compostagem de materiais orgânicos e produção de flores
e folhagens. A Agrária participa de grupos e comitês para
discussão da preservação e gestão ambiental da região
e, além da coleta seletiva, beneficia a população de Entre
Rios com um aterro que permite a destinação correta de
resíduos vegetais e de construção civil.
In der Gemeinde
Das Umweltbewusstsein wird früh geweckt
und ein Beispiel ist das Projekt „Mata
Verde“, das in der Leopoldina-Schule mit der
Unterstützung des Unternehmens Arysta
zur Durchführung gelangt. In Workshops
arbeiten die Schüler an der Wiederverwertung
von Papier, Kompostierung organischer
Materialien und an der Produktion von
Blumen und Laub. Die Agrária nimmt teil an
Gruppen und Komitees, um die Erhaltung und
die Behandlung der Umwelt in der Region
zu diskutieren und darüber hinaus profitiert
die Bevölkerung von Entre Rios von der
getrennten Sammlung auf einer Deponie, die
ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung von pflanzlichen
und Bau-Abfällen erlaubt.
In the community
Environmental awareness is awakened early
in life, and one example is the “Mata Verde”
Project implemented at Colégio Imperatriz
with the support of the company Arysta. In the
workshops, the students deal with recycling of
paper, composting of organic materials, and
the production of flowers and decorative plants.
Agrária takes part in groups and committees
to discuss environmental preservation and
management in the region; and in addition
to selective trash collection, it benefits the
population of Entre Rios with a landfill that
enables the correct disposal of vegetable and

Arbeitsunfällen mit Dienstuntauglichkeit fest,

Ordentliche Generalversammlung
Nach 15 Jahren unter der Verantwortung
von Paul Illich, gewählt im Jahr 1999,
erhielt die Vize-Präsidentschaft ein neues
Mitglied. Manfred Majowski wurde auf der
63. ordentlichen Generalversammlung am
8. März gewählt. Die OGV bestimmte auch
den Verwaltungs- und Aufsichtsrat. Am
darauffolgenden Fest der Arbeiter wurde
Paul Illich für sein Engagement bei der
Genossenschaft ausgezeichnet.

Após 15 anos sob a responsabilidade de Paul
Illich, eleito em 1999, a vice-presidência da
Agrária ganhou um novo membro. O cooperado
Manfred Majowski foi eleito na 63ª Assembleia
Geral Ordinária, em 8 de março. A AGO também
definiu os Conselhos de Administração e Fiscal. Na
Festa do Trabalhador subsequente, Paul Illich foi
homenageado pelo seu período de dedicação à

In order to engage all the links in the chain and
to make all the cooperative’s goals tangible,
motivating and easily understandable, in 2014
the “SER” (Sustainability, Ebitda and Return)
program was implemented, setting as targets
a zero rate of accidents at work involving
leave, Ebitda (Earnings before Interest, Taxes,
Depreciation and Amortization) of R$ 350
million, and a return for cooperative members
5% above inflation, by 2018.

O lançamento do Projeto Excelência representou
o início da implantação do SAP. O sistema de
gestão permite integrar todas as áreas da Agrária,
fornecendo informações em tempo real para a
operacionalização e tomada de decisão. Ao longo
do primeiro ano, o Projeto Excelência contou
com a alocação de colaboradores de diversos
departamentos e de empresas de consultoria.
A primeira fase englobou a customização do
sistema, testes, validações do processo e o início
de operação da 1ª Onda.

erhielt es die Zuteilung von Mitarbeitern
aus verschiedenen Abteilungen der Agrária
und der Unternehmensberatungen. Die
erste Phase umfasste die Systemanpassung,
Prüfung, Prozessvalidierung und den Beginn
der ersten Welle.

EXCELLENCE PROJECT
The launching of the Excellence Project
represented the beginning of the
implementation of the SAP system. This
management system enables the integration
of all Agrária’s areas, supplying information
in real time for the Cooperative’s operations
and for decision taking. During the first year
of implementation, the Excellence Project had
employees from several departments and from
the consulting companies allocated to it. The
first phase included customizing the system,
testing, validating the process and initiating the
1st “Wave” operation.

Among the restructuring processes carried out

remodeling was to introduce the culture of

Aktionen, wie bei der Auszeichnung zum Franz
Jaster-Kommunikationspreis.

Rally de Regularidade
Além dos tradicionais dias de campo, a Agrária
inovou com o Rally de Regularidade como forma
de difusão das novidades tecnológicas. Destinado
exclusivamente aos cooperados, o off road drive
juntou a disputa lúdica entre os participantes com
apresentações técnicas dos pesquisadores sobre
novidades relacionadas ao milho.

Zusätzlich zu den traditionellen
Feldbegehungstagen, schuf die Agrária
mit der Rallye der Regelmäßigkeit ein
Mittel zur Verbreitung von technologischen
Innovationen. Ausschließlich für die Mitglieder
bestimmt, verband die Rallye unter den
Teilnehmern eine lockere Diskussion mit
technischen Präsentationen von Forschern
über Neuheiten bei Mais.

In addition to the traditional field days, Agrária
innovated with the Regularity Rally as a way to
disseminate technological novelties. Reserved
for cooperative members, the off-road drive
brought together the sporting contest among
the participants with technical presentations
made by the researchers about the novelties
related to corn.

Agrária’s cooperative style of management adds value to
its members’ produce by applying specific technologies
and by the vertical processing of commodities. Our agroindustrial products increase profitability, besides meeting
the quality requirements of both internal and external
customers. In 2014, Agrária’s production chain, from

and achieved important advances, be it in productivity,

Cooperativa Agrária masters four large-scale

todavia, manteve-se dentro das exigências da

Bovinocultura de Leite
Em 2014, a bovinocultura leiteira saiu do papel
para se tornar uma alternativa de negócio para
nove cooperados. Até o final do ano, a produção
alcançou um total aproximado de 1 milhão de litros
de leite, destinados ao chamado Pool de Leite (das
cooperativas Castrolanda, Batavo e Capal).

Im Jahr 2014 verließ die Milchviehhaltung die
Projektphase, um eine Geschäfts-Alternative
für neun Mitglieder zu werden. Bis zum Ende

Para a Cooperativa os resultados
de 2014 foram adequados, apesar
da retração do mercado e dos
crescentes dispêndios e custos
de produção e de logística. Nesse
contexto, a Agrária mantém
seu propósito de crescimento
contínuo, investindo em novas
indústrias, ampliando as existentes
e aumentando a capacidade de
armazenamento. Cabe ressaltar
que o alto volume de investimentos
realizados impacta na redução dos
índices de liquidez da Cooperativa.

des Jahres 2014 angemessen, trotz der
Marktschwäche und der gestiegenen

Em 2014, o indicador atingiu R$ 156 milhões (R$ 156 milhões
em 2013). As condições do mercado (retração no consumo) e
o aumento dos dispêndios e custos dos insumos de produção
e logística, fizeram com que o EBITDA ficasse abaixo da
perspectiva inicial, que era de R$ 174 milhões.

Auch wenn der Indikator einen Rückgang
gegenüber dem Jahr 2013 zeigt, bleibt die
Genossenschaft dennoch solide und im
normalen Niveau der Zahlungsfähigkeit.
KANITZ THERMOMETER The Kanitz Thermometer measures the risk of
insolvency of the Cooperative when it gets close
to the alert level (yellow area) or insolvency
(red area). This indicator is commonly used
by agricultural production cooperatives as a
parameter for comparing their economic and
financial situation.
Although the indicator presents a reduction
in relation to the year 2013, the Cooperative
remains sound and within the normal
solvency level.
FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE AND
DEPENDENCE This indicator measures the Cooperative’s
ability to support its activities using its
own capital. The reduction in the financial
independence ratio in 2014, in relation to
2013, is basically due to the new investments.
When one analyses this indicator over
the years, it may be observed that the
capitalization level of the Cooperative and its
members is maintained at a consistent level.
In 2014, Agrária presented a financial
independence ratio of 39.19% (41.85% in 2013).
