-oOoIn obedience to the instructions issued in the references cited, the Headmasters and teachers of High Schools are hereby instructed
to attend the Teleconference as per the scheduled mentioned in the annexure at respective ROT Centers.

fail.
The Headmasters/Mandal Educational Officers in the district are hereby instructed to keep their ROTs with generator facility
available throughout the training schedule.

All the Headmasters of all managements should submit the list of teachers handling IX and X Classes to the respective Nodal
Headmaster/MEO who is maintaining the ROTs on 16-06-2014.
Nodel Headmaster/MEO must maintain day wise attendance of teachers who attended the teleconference throughout the day and
report the same to the concerned Deputy Educational Officers daily. Submit the attendance sheets in duplicate on 27-06-2014 to the
Deputy Educational Officers concerned.
No permission or leave may be entitled on these days.
This training programme is only on non-monitory basis. No provision for refreshments and working lunch.
Every participant Headmaster/Teacher should carry respective Text Book and Note Book to the teleconference.
All the DIET Teaching Staff, Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers must attend the teleconference on 16th June, 2014
along with the Headmasters to understand the process of new text books, Annual Plans, Lessonplans, CCE and 10th Class Examinations.
In addition to this they must attend the teleconference in the subject concerned to them.
