INTRODUÇÃO:
Este estudo dirigido é composto por uma seleção de questões trabalhadas ao longo do 1º
semestre. Foi elaborado a fim de estimular o aluno em processo de estudo individual, apresentando o
trabalho na forma de atividades, cujas soluções o aluno procura por esforço próprio e, orientar a
revisão dos conteúdos estudados.
OBJETIVOS GERAIS:
• Refletir sobre o papel da língua inglesa no mundo globalizado, enquanto ferramenta de acesso à
informação e de comunicação com outros povos, inclusive aqueles não falantes de língua inglesa.
• Construir com os educandos um entendimento acerca da importância da língua inglesa no que se
refere à disseminação de conhecimento científico ou não através de livros, revistas, jornais e redes de
informação.
 Refletir sobre a possibilidade de inserção no mundo social, da informação e do trabalho a partir
do conhecimento de línguas estrangeiras e, mais especificamente, da língua inglesa.
