(FIOCRUZ): All Zoological collections from Bahia State having pollinators (insects, birds, bats and others) are integrating the “Pollinator Network From Bahia State”. * The principal objective of the network is Connect “Research Groups” Groups” from Bahia, Bahia, even those in different stage of development and different expertise expertise (Ecologists, Ethologists, Ethologists, Systematists, Systematists, Taxonomists, etc.), optimizing the humans resources, financials and laboratorial for generation of scientific and technological technological knowledge, contributing to the advance and diffusion of the knowledge on the the area, adding forces to viability of Projects and Actions concerning to the Mapping, Mapping, Conservation and Sustained Management of Pollinators, objecting also opening of markets not yet available. Most of the database are in excel/access program (easer to import for other programs). MZUEFS - starting a project for creating the virtual Museum, with access of data by internet (other collection will join this proposal). Starting getting the registration of the collections on the Ministry of Environment (CGEN) – The MZUEFS was the first collection from Bahia registered on the CGEN (other are in process). Since 2002 – using GPS to obtain geographic information. Other information are also included (visited plants, structure of nests, seasonality, etc…) Starting preparing a image database.
