A REPAIR CORPS HOMEOWNER...







Is willing to be a partner with Habitat by helping with the repair work (if physically possible)
Is a homeowner who is a veteran or living with a veteran
Is current on all mortgage payments, taxes, and insurance payments for the home
Is able to show proof of honorable or general discharge
Is willing to make a minimal monthly payment toward the cost of repair
Is willing to allow the Veteran led construction crew assess the entire house
Is low income (gross annual household income less than $47,480 depending on household size).
