Importance of human interaction between
the people of Brazil and Japan.
Japan
Promoting mutual understanding at all levels in both countries
provides the basis for a closer partnership between Brazil and
Japan.
People-to-people links have infused bilateral relations with a
spirit of friendship and warmth and enriched the lives of Brazilian
and Japanese people.
Economic Benefits to both sides are immense, and
there is room for further development.
And I hope that Travel & Tourism will continue its contribution to
this development.
I can commit to you that the commercial airline industry, which I
represent, will continue to support bilateral Travel & Tourism and
its Economic Benefits, and I call upon each of you today to
contribute to this relationship between Brazil and Japan in 16your
own particular way.
