3. FARES IN USD
Fares are in USD and do not include fuel surcharges (Q or YQ).
Minimum quantity of coupons: 1 coupon.
Maximum quantity of coupons: 16 coupons.
Surface permitted.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The prices do not include any taxes or fees. Taxes and fees
apply at the time of issuing the ticket for the current market.
Those have to be added on the particular coupon.
The net fares entitle to kilometer credits for LANPASS (100%),
other frequent flyer programs of oneworld airlines or associated airlines (TAM, ALASKA, AEROMEXICO). The net fares cannot be purchased or redeemed via LANPASS kilometers or via
the programs mentioned before.
4. DISCOUNTS
Children (CHD): 25% on fares with claim for a seat.
Infants (INF): 90% on fares for infants under the age of 2
years without claim for a seat.
Senior: no reduction. Agency discounts (AD) are not granted.
5. VALIDITY
Maximum stay: 12 months
Validity of the ticket: 12 months from the date of issue
7. OFFER AND SALE
The net fares can only be purchased outside South America
8. RESERVATIONS
All flights have to be confirmed by the date of issue. The reservation must be made in combination with an international
long-haul flight.
Domestic Flights
2. REQUIREMENTS
The net fares apply for passengers, whose place of residence is
outside of South America, where a long-haul flight is combined
from Europe to South America. Passengers, whose long-haul
ticket has been purchased by means of kilometer or points
of frequent flyer programs such as LANPASS or TAM Fidelidade, are allowed to use segments of the air pass. Kilometer
or points of the frequent flyer program “LANPASS” or “TAM
Fidelidade” will be accepted for the net fares. Passengers with
an ID/AD ticket are excluded from the net fares.
5. PERIOD OF VALIDITY
For journeys from the 1st of October 2014 until the 31st of
December 2015.

9. PAYMENT AND ISSUE OF TICKET:
The net fares have to be issued in a separate ticket as IT.
Tickets must be issued 14 days before departure. If a reservation is made within 14 days before departure, the ticket must
be issued within 24 hours after the reservation was made.
LAN Airlines (LA) and TAM (JJ) reserve the right to introduce
stricter time limits.
10. DOCUMENT FOR ISSUE
The Airpass has to be issued as LA(045), XL(462), LP(544),
4M (469), 4C (045) or JJ (957) document, depending on the
regulation of the country, in which the issue occurs. The issue
can also occur on a different ticket stock, in case a bilateral
agreement remains between every carrier that is involved in
the routing.
12. REFUND
Prior to departure: refund is permitted with a charge of 50
USD.
After departure: refund of coupons that have not been used
for flying is possible with a charge of 50 USD.
At ‘no show’ the corresponding coupons cannot be refunded.
13. REBOOKING/CHANGES
Rebooking/Changes are permitted before departure with a
fee of USD 50 every time the ticket is changed.
14. BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
23 kg.
