It’s a big challenge addressing diversity and local and cultural heterogeneity without losing quality. Challenges of PSF Dealing with the unequal power relations within the health teams in order to enforce the collaborative relationships on behalf of the user. Overcoming the traditional model of training for PHC professionals to have a profile suited to the needs posed by PHC. Challenges of PSF Investing in developing cost-effective technologies for use in primary health care and the development of studies on its use, not only on interventions related to care, but also organizational, informational and health promotion interventions. Challenges of PSF Investing in the development of tools for supervision, monitoring and evaluation practices and health outcomes with community participation. Challenges of PSF The challenges of the PSF are the challenges of the Brazilian health system, improving the financing, strengthening of democratic processes, improvement of health as a human right, respect for diversity, deepening the processes of equity and social justice.
