Manuela Da Silva is a Real Estate Law Clerk in the Commercial Real Estate Group of
our Ottawa office. Manuela’s focus is on administration and management of the
residential real estate practice. Manuela has experience in a wide range of purchases,
sales, condominium development, secured financings, estate conveyances and
development work and is knowledgeable in title issues arising under both the Land
Titles Act and the Registry Act. Manuela works hand-in-hand with clients, real estate professionals, developers, financial institutions, insurance companies, municipalities,
land registry offices and government agencies. Manuela assists with the preparation of
all due diligence documentation required in completing transactions. Participant, The Institute of Law
