MCS SpA is the leader of a group of companies in the textile
machinery industry, starting their activity at the beggining of the
‘60s.

MCS take advantage of 50 years' experience, which made the
company a leader in textile machine manufacturing, and realise
a new rope dyeing machine: SMARTFLOW.
Our research in dyeing continues and developes a combined
solution meeting design innovations which brought to a
high efficiency machine as far as consumptions are concerned
(power and water consumptions are extremely reduced). Dyeing
processes are optimised granting top-level performance and
reliability.

Thanks to the realisation of a new system for liquor sunction
and circulation (MCS patent), Smartflow allows to dye at low

Tirando vantagem da pressão gerada pela bomba de circulação
e da solução líquida presente na máquina, a cada descarga da
solução líquida é realizada uma lavagem do filtro SSCF (patente pendente), permitindo uma redução das operações de
limpeza e o correcto funcionamento da bomba principal (aumento do desempenho).

Taking advantage of the pressure generated by the circulation pump and of the liquor inside the machine, by every
liquor drain, the SSCF Self-Cleaning-Filter (patent pending)
is being washed-off. This fact remarkably reduces the cleaning operations of filters and improves the performance of
the circulation pump itself.

Dois tanques auxiliares para adição produtos completos de
mixer, sonda pneumática, serpentina de aquecimento e recirculação banho máquina para facilitar as operações de mistura
e dissolução produtos.
Graças a tal sistema se reduzem ulteriores tempos mortos
e os tempos de espera mesmo na presença de sistemas
automáticos de distribuição.
Two side-tanks for products, each one complete with its own
mixer, pneumatic probe, heating coil, liquor recycling to
make product dissolving and mixing much easier.
Thanks to these equipments down times and waiting times
are much reduced, also in case of automatic dispensing systems.

É a evolução natural do conceito que já tinha resultado no VDA
(ANALISADOR VISÃO TINGIMENTO) em 2005. Hoje, está finalmente a ser aplicado em tamanho mais pequeno a todas as máquinas de produção. Utilizando uma célula colorimétrica, você
pode controlar e optimizar todas as fases de lavagem para evitar
todos os consumos desnecessários de água e produtos.
It is the natural development of the concept that already resulted
in the VDA ( VIEW DYEING ANALYZER) in 2005. Today, it is finally
being applied in smaller size to all production machines.
Using a colorimetric cell, you can control and optimize all of the
washing stages to avoid all unnecessary consumption of water
and products.

TSS: TWINS SAVING SYSTEM
É o sistema de ligação entre máquinas de iguai capacidades.
Em termos técnicos, a solução é tornada viável pelo desenvolvimento dos novos sistemas de doseamento MCS, que possibilitam
a conveniência de apenas uma parte do fluxo da solução líquida
de tingimento. O desequilíbrio da solução líquida é monitorizado
por programas que, através de medição de nível analógica, calculam as correcções através da abertura e fecho das válvulas correspondentes.
It is the connection system among machines of same of capacities.
In technical words, the solution is made viable by the development of the new MCS dosing systems, which provide the conveyance of only a part of the flow of the dyeing liquor.
The unbalance of the liquor is monitored by programmers which,
via analogue level reading, work out the corrections by opening
or closing of the related valves.
